Nice swimming pool perfect for kids . 
All the staff is very helpful. 
The rooms are clean and big.
The kitchen is good and enough various.
There is a good store in the hotel , and many persons selling staffs on the beach. 
It will be a pleasure to come back :)

Nice small hotel , good swimming pool

Amazing location, great food, excellent staff. The all inclusive package is unbelievable, includes snacks throughout the day. Nightly shows. They have a crew that engages with guests with activities including board games, you would not feel lonely at all.

Sure they were cool ,the rooms were so comfortable,the experience at the restaurant was amazing just an opinion if you can incorporate baby's food it can be of a wooow factor

Have stayed here many times over the last 8 years and it never disappoints.
From the lovely rooms to the friendly staff (Lillian, Norah and Mercy in reception, the waiting staff Violin, Zepphorah, Hasan, Yawa, Paul, Karissa and the entertainment staff Michael and his team) who look after your every need it is no wonder this hotel is my go to in Mombasa.
And of course how can you ignore the glorious beach!

Neptune Beach Resort

Recommended through a friend,our trip was booked by Royal Choice Travel limited  Agency.
We travelled To Northcoast Mombasa for my Boyfriend’s Birthday in June 2024 and had the best experience with our selection of Hotel.
We had a tight budget and Joseph helped us navigate through and customized a package that perfectly fit our Budget 💰 
We stayed 2 nights 3 days at Neptune Beach Hotel ,located on the shores of Bamburi beach.I initially had less expectations but ended up liking it more
We checked in earlier that normal check-in time as we arrived early morning and the hotel was kind enough to allow us early check in
Later we woke up and requested for a better view hotel & to our surpise they agreed to shift us at no extra cost
The menu's fitted our requirements and we had access to an All Inclusive package that included unlimited alcoholic & non alcoholic drinks,beers ,food and snacks.
The Hotel Rooms were clean and equipped with all accessories including a blow drier,a kettle to fix coffeee and a fridge
The linen sheets were changed frequently and the Housekeeping staff was very kind with us
Pool area was well maintained with clean towels.We had full access to the beach and enjoyed beautiful sundowners in the evenings enjoying our cocktails 🍹 

The beach was very accessible and we enjoyed full views from our Sunbeds.🏝️

Staff generally were my favorite part - they were friendly and very committed to supporting us - big shout out to Joseph house keeping,Frederick at the bar,Lilian from the reception and the Chefs at the restaurant

Our taxi -Martin Luther was also in time both picking us and dropping us off.Thank you Joseph for making our trip super amazing and I definately look forward to travelling again with Royal Choice.
