This was my first experience in an all inclusive resort. I spent four days here with my family. It was a truly memorable time. The resort offers the choice of four restaurants, five pools and a wide range of activities for the whole family. My four years old granddaughter was provided new craft and exercise activities in the kids club daily. There were scrabble, UNO and many other games which you could play with the staff. There is a gym, table tennis, badminton and water sports facilities. Guests are offered complimentary hi tea in the evening in the beautifully landscaped gardens. We spent our last night in the amazing Presidential Suite, because we were not provided connecting rooms as requested, which was utterly mind blowing. It had a huge lounge, two bedrooms, two Turkish styled baths with jacuzzis, a sea facing huge terrace, a kitchen and huge dressing rooms. We loved the food, the ambiance, the courteous staff, the entertainment, the cleanliness, the sense of security and the calm of the resort. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Simply Marvellous!

This was the third time we choose Sarova Whitesands as we had enjoyed our previous stays. Having booked four double rooms eight months in advance with a specific request that they be together we did not expect any issues. However on check in, our designated rooms were not available. We got two and another two we had to wait for over two hours even though we had arrived after official check in time. We were told rooms were not available. After a lot of shouting and arguing with different staff they finally gave us three rooms on one floor and other further away.  Those was a real shame and a bad start to our holiday. This time the rooms appeared dated and the air con did not seem to work properly. December is a very hot time and without a fully functioning ac it gets very uncomfortable.
The restaurant serves a wonderful array of food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was something to look forward to every day. The selection of local foods was welcome and thoroughly enjoyable.
The beach front is very nice and was a favourite spot. Two pools offer a choice, one quite and the other not so quite. A grand dinner on Christmas eve was very nicely done.  The resorts was very  busy and sometime getting a place to sit together during lunch/dinner was an issue.
Overall compared to previous stays, this time it was not as good due to the issues. Due to this, we are unlikely to select Sarova on our next visit.

Dropped standards

It's always great to be back. The beautiful  environment and warm reception gave me the much needed rest. My kids enjoyed themselves immensely. Our weekend stay cation coincides with the monthly Ozone kids' treat, which was just great. I'm looking forward to another visit soon.

Madaraka day weekend at Sarova

We came for a 2 night stay and let me tell you...our stay was heavenly..
I will start by recognizing two outstanding staff at the front office..Musa(door man) and Elizabeth( reception). You are blessed go have these to in your company coz there service was top notch 👌

Secondly I would like to recognize Mr Daniel, Magige, Francis, Mercy(From FnB department) These guys made our stay memorable and worthwhile.  Their service were excellent and passionate. They deserve a pay rise and promotion if possible. 

Lastly I would like to thank Chef Ann and all the chefs for their  personalized service and attending to our needs asap. 

All the staff were amazing, I couldn't remember all of their names.

Asante sana Sarova and surely we will be back very soon. 

Heavenly stay.

The service was great and we were happy having such a conducive environment. Indeed this is a nice place i would recommend for any tourist to visit .the meal was fantastic and tasty.Thanks for the waitress who served us and promised to come back again for the great deeds
