Went in a group with friends & family for wedding renewal vows. They were extremely attentive & accommodating to the bride and groom. Emmanuel-front desk; kind, caring and resourceful. Rachel-food service; hospitable, heart warming and gentle. Stanley-bar; down to earth, humorous and happy. The all exceeded our expectations from arrival to departure. In the end we were honored to stay here and be in the presence of such fine staff. I look forward to returning in the near future. 

Fantastic Staff (from beginning to end)

What a lovely resort to stay at!  The rooms are great and the bed is super comfortable.  The staff are very helpful and friendly and ensured we were looked after. The food was great with lots of variety. The pool is amazing and we spent most of our time at the pool. Looking forward to planning another holiday at Neptune Palm

Great Resort, Great Service. 

The variety of African, western, Indian food was phenomenal. They thought of everyone and all kinds of clientele. The friendly staff everywhere we looked, was absolutely incredible. Always a smiling face and always friendly. The special events nights, and the local music as well as other music, so that one can dance under the stars was really special. We will cherish these memories for a lifetime.

Very positive. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Mombasa.

Amazing hospitality. Everyone was so helpful and always smiling. It’s amazing value for money. The place is spic and span with every need catered to. I would absolutely highly recommend to everyone to stay here. A great spot for a friends time out 😊

An unexpected gem!!

We recently returned from our wonderful holiday in Kenya staying at the Neptune Palm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa for two weeks all inclusive. We travelled as a family of four with our children aged 11 & 13 years. Overall the hotel was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay in Diani Beach. We booked via Tui.  The advantage of the hotel is you also get access to their other hotel's next door but they can not use facilities at Neptune Palm so it is very peaceful. 

Positives

Most staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and attentive. We felt really looked after. We had two separate rooms beside each other but not interconnecting.
Rooms were comfortable, clean and well serviced
The food was good, not over the top like some all inclusive hotels, but the restaurant went out of their way to accommodate needs and there was variety. 
We also went to the Indian which was great. 
We did not experience any issues with the food at all. 
The pool was great
The location is beautiful - directly on the beach
There was a games area for pool, table tennis etcWifi worked well as well as the aircon

Negatives
We arrived in the early hours of the morning and it was  still 30 degrees. We had arrived after a long trip and were not offered anything to drink while waiting for the protracted checking. They should at least have a water cooler in the reception area
The reception staff were overall the least helpful and accommodating
They do not make it easy to find out what us included in all inclusive, what activities etc
Even if you paid for nights you were not there they will not let you have your room for even an hour longer at checkout without charging a full overnight rate- they just don't get that small things can mean great  impressions/ reviews. 
There are not enough sunbed umbrella areas 
There are a lot of beach boys outside the hotel and on the beach in front of the hotel which can be a bit tricky 

We booked during our  stay a 3 day / 2 night safari to Tsavo East via Marco Polo who are just outside the resort and were also wonderful. 

Overall we had a wonderful holiday at Neptune Palm and would consider staying again if we ever return.

Wonderfull family holiday at Neptune Palm

Located on Galu Beach along the South Coast, Neptune Palm Beach Resort & Spa features a freshwater outdoor swimming pool, a spa and entertainment staff. 

Guests can enjoy buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Mnazi restaurant, which specialises in local cuisine. For refreshments, guests' can sit back and relax at the poolside lounge bar, along with two additional bars around the hotel.

Guestrooms are styled like traditional cottages, each with a balcony offering garden views, outdoor furniture, and air conditioning. The bathrooms include a shower. Room upgrades to include a sea view are available at a fee.
