We booked the conference package with this hotel... two months prior. a week to the D date, they told us they had an overbooking of 15 ROOMS on the last day of our stay and would facilitate the logistics and accommodation, we were kind enough to accommodate this since we had already paid anyway.... which should have been our red flag!

We were expecting a proper if not decent conference hall, but when we requested to see it, they kept on avoiding us till evening, where we found them setting up a tent to mask as a conference hall - the reason we were given is that there are no available halls at the moment, the hall which we had already paid for TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. This was not what we paid for!

Same boring bland food everyday

Terrible is a complete understatement of my experience! AVOID.

The hotel is in a beautiful location. The beach is outstanding. The hotel is adequate. It has a lot of good things going for it.  A lot that needs improving.
The refurbished rooms are a good size bathrooms okay. The food is oaky its gets a bit monotonous after the first week same stuff every week. Food not replenished quickly or runs out.  No seasonal fruit. Same fruits everyday. 
Lots chipped cups, saucers and glasses very off putting.
The animation team were fantastic. Friendly and encouraging. However, please think about the age of your clientele 40+. Really we don’t need to listen to garage, rap techno or hip hop music so loud. Maybe something age appropriate.Whilst trying to relax or do aqua and stretching. 2 great classes. Thank you Vincent and Maue.

Adequate

Hotel looks exactly as in pictures-great.
Kids friendly but rarely saw families with kids.
Accomodation is pretty good too-rooms are not super modern but you have everything you need. Cleaned daily.
Wifi superb 95% of time anywhere in resort.
Pools are separated with "somewhat" logic but the largest one is big enough for decent swim.Clean,warm,never crowded before 3pm. Pity it was only opened from 8am till 6pm. With towels being handed from 9am,you better book your sunbeds at pool by 6am.

Good variety of choices in restaurant.Bfast menu same,limited salad choices/local cuisine/no seafood except fish.Indian dishes were very tasty.
For seafood,walk 10min on the bech to Yellow Fin and enjoy great seafood-mix platter for 2 would be 25Euro.Or walk 35min to Blue Merlin.
Sea is clean only untill 11 am,dont expect seathrough waters.Also,note it is shallow,will take you 10min walk to get to deeper waters.

Kudos to hotel management-staff was polite,friendly,funny and attending to needs.
Same goes for animation-not too much not too loud but there was always smtg going on.
Great for morning runs on the bech.
Venue is spacious,not crowded and very well maintained.

Bar and pool bar service good- yet be ready to pay for coffee (the one served in restaurant/snack bar is really bad...)and for any alcohol that is not local even if u have all inclusive.
Before leaving-hotel has shower rooms you can use irrespective of  checkout time -with humidity this is perfect before heading to airport.
Beach boys will apprach you repeatedly to offer trips,safari but would not call it annoying.
Shopping-lots of options nearby.

Wasini trip-skip-takes too long to get there for mediocre snorchling. Not worth it.

BoraBora good option for those who don't want to do safari but still want so see zebras,giraffes- guides are really good.

Nice calm clean resort with great staff

great accommodation, fresh and tasty food, great location,beautiful views and beach, rooms clean. many places to chill (pools, bars, we could use infrastructure of 2 hotels) people very nice and helpful. a good base for further trips :):)

Nice hotel a little tired, good sized rooms lovely power shower. Wardrobe doors  & Doors very noisy. 
Good position for exploring. Lovely beach & views, although it would be nice if you could go for a walk or paddle without people trying to sell you things, if they’d only leave you alone they would probable buy more. 
Good selection of food,( obtained from hotel next door)only local alcohol, served in chipped glasses. Friendly staff. Very lacklustre animation ( don’t know why they’re paying them) 
Pool towels provided.
