The Reception at this five star hotel is of exceptional Service. Starting from the Guest Relations at front desk Fatima was very courteous also Front desk Zakaria on Training headed by Mehdi. A Real Credit to the Brand. 
A must stay if you travel to this beautiful country.

Welcome Reception

After a great stay at this hotel ,the whole experience has been ruined by not receiving a refund of my room deposit.
I have returned from this hotel and nearly 5 weeks later still no refund.
After numerous phone calls and constant emails i still find myself in this position.
   I feel completely let down by this hotel ,and terrible customer service.

No refund received

Great service especially during the breakfast, Haitham was very supportive and helpful whenever needed, always with great professionalism and constant smile. Overall great place to be in family in the beautiful city of Marrakech. Thanks Sofitel!

Great hotel & great breakfast as usual

I bought a day pass to use the pool.
It was an annoying start where i was asked to wait 20 minutes, only to then be told to go inside and print the pass, just to come back to same spot and wait again- Even though no one else was there waiting. 
Aside from this, had a really lovely chill day by the pool. Friendly & respectful pool staff.
I ordered a greek salad & octopus starter from the pool menu. Both very fresh & tasty & decent portions. Also had a very tasty & fresh green juice. A little expensive but expected with Sofitel. 
Hicham & Hanque were very friendly & attentive.

A nice chill escape from Marrekech hustle & bustle.
