We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Hicham who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our stay even more. The waiters were very nice and friendly also. The only downside was the noise of the birds outside our apartment!

All in all was a great time and we can't wait to book again!

We've been at Valeria Jardins D'Agadir in mid June - me and my partner. The experience from the beginning was simply amazing, starting with the reception, through bartenders and especially the English entertaining team with its supervisor Ayoub - he and his team really made every day special, eventhough we had a few excursions booked we felt we don't really have to get out of the hotel - plenty of fun there, plenty of dancing and talking or plenty of activities you can choose from. We felt taken care of, especially since we are not French speaking persons and that was our main concern. As for the hotel rooms were cleaned every day and now the food - breakfast pretty much continental with a twist as one would suspect but as for the rest - omg, so many options, so good, each day had different options for lunch and dinner, no matter if you're diabetic or gluten allergy or vegetarian, you'll have a lot to choose from and no way to try it all during 7 days stay as we had, always fresh and always refilled, no need to eat outside at all. The location is great too, short and straight distance to the beach, some good shops around and clubs. Thank you Valeria and thank you Ayoub, it was a pleasure for us to be there!

Amazing experience at the Valeria Jardins D'Agadir

This was our first visit to Morocco and we booked a last minute deal to this resort. It's not an expensive resort and we felt that we still go value for money. If your preference is high end then this won't be the place for you. This is a middle of the road destination and does it very well. I can honestly say we had a great time and were pleasantly surprised. 

The resort is around 150M from the beach, and is split in to 9, 3 storey riads accommodating a number of rooms on each floor. Each riad has a small courtyard which is open air. Whilst the resort  is predominantly occupied by French families/couples, there is also a smattering of other nationalities and we didn't feel out of place at all. We took the time to reacquaint ourselves with basic GCSE French and also found that learning a few basic Arabic phrases really does go a long way!

The room was basic but functional. It was cleaned every day, had a TV showing 3 English speaking channels, a large walk in shower, toilet with bidet, ample wardrobe and draw space and a small (tiny) balcony that squeezes two chairs and a small table. 

All meals were provided. However, though it was perfectly edible, variety was a little lacking and if you decided eat at the latter end of the the "mealtime" window, you were likely to end up with cold food and even less choice. The chefs do a great job but are let down by facilities. I.E. The hot food counter doesn't keep food hot! This has a knock on effect meaning that the opening times are a crazy free for all, with queues for everything. 

The team of Busboys/girls were fantastic, they work so hard and will turn around tables in the blink of an eye. They will offer to bring you wine by the bottle (all included) and if they have time, will have a chat. 

The site has a couple of pools and mini aqua park, spa, gym, onsite Moroccan restaurant (extra charge - not expensive), bar, huge reception area, games room and really  beautiful gardens. They have a team of extremely helpful activity staff, who were friendly, professional, have boundless energy and seemed to be able to communicate with everyone in all languages. We were very impressed with both Hitcham and Ayoube who were seen everyday around the site delivering activities from step/keep fit to DJ'ing and socialising. They are a credit to the resort!

Outside the resort there is a great promenade that takes you down to the marina. Along the route are a number of restaurants to fit all budgets, obvious street sellers, and a mix of local and foreign tourists. The beach is very impressive. Plenty of space and activities if that's your thing. 

Overall we loved Morocco and we enjoyed Valeria Jardins.

Pleasantly surprised!

Very nice stay. Clean rooms,beautiful gardens surrounding each block. Kids absolutely loved splash area . Never had any problems with sunbeds, plenty at any time of the day. Food was good, myself and my husband loved it. Kids not so much. No chicken nuggets or fish fingers, however pizza was freshly baked every day for lunch. Not a great choice of cocktails but definitely enough for a quick drink in the bar. The only downside was a noise coming from the nearby casino at 4-6am every morning, however we had earplugs as we were aware about the noise levels. 90% of guests were French and not every member of staff was able to speak English, regardless everyone was very nice and friendly. Overall a lovely hotel, would definitely recommend!

Recommend the Hotel Valeria.very clean, friendly staff,great food couldn't fault it.
The entertainment staff Ayoub,Yanis,Midou and Hicham were what kept everything going with games,chat and just great communication.It wouldn't have been the same without them.
Don't forget Luciano the pool barman was very polite and friendly.
