Coco Palm Resort

Not your average chain style hotel, but all the better for it.  Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, comfy large beds and decent en-suites.  The range of food was excellent and varied.  Nice to have your choice of eggs/omlettes made in front of you for breakfast, the lunch menu was even more varied than evening meal.   The staff were all very attentive and pleasant, particularly Christian at the bar, Nardyisa and Airyana in the restaurant.  A special mention goes to Anaman who organised some trips for us and really went the extra mile to help us get on a bean to bar chocolate excursion that included a trip to the mud baths on the way, catamaran transport etc. brilliant day out.

Authentic

They are great people, but they have horrible management services. They price gouge and do not address or correct pricing errors, and the best rooms are the swim-ups. Don't bother getting the garden view, as it is just dead bushes. 

Management refused to provide me with a downgraded room because the room I booked (garden view) was more expensive. Forced me to do an almost $1000 upgrade to a pool room I didn't want, didn't need, but chose out of coercion.

Would have been nice if... But :(

Coco Palm is located nicely within Rodney Bay. The staff at the hotel were all very attentive and friendly. The room was well appointed, very clean and spacious. The restaurant and bar staff made my daughter and I feel very welcome. The food was delicious, lots to choose from at breakfast and lunch. Bryan behind the bar was very helpful and shared lots of local knowledge and suggestions. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff. My visit was very relaxing!

Paradise in St Lucia

The staff was awesome very helpful and friendly the service was great David the manager was exceptional he made our stay beautiful.
The overall hotel is beautiful very clean. We had a perfect week at Coco Palm Hotel.
This is my new favorite Hotels situated in the middle of all the activities local transport is easily assessable. and can walk to the beach, the people around is very friendly and safe.

Great staff and food, I couldn't choose a better place to spend my time, very friendly staff from Head of management to servers they were all wonderful friendly people, they treated me like family, I enjoy spending time at the bar just speaking to the Bar Tenders Christian and Bryan you were the best.
