The sanctuary rooms provided an amazing experience that connected you seamlessly with nature.  The staff and service was excellent.  Our open air sanctuary had an infinity pool and room service anytime was a plus.  The restaurants served quality, tasteful food and our butler was thoughtful and made transportation, excursions and reservations easy.

Amazing romantic experience

The resort did not disappoint.  Our butler was superb.  The rooms provided were expansive.  Service at the beach was excellent.  The Restaurant at the top of the resort was very good.  The Food at the Treehouse was meh.  If money allows, get a room with a pool.

A stay in paradise.

Long overdue review, but much needed. This place was the sanctuary I didn’t know I needed until I was immersed in it. My husband was a little unsure of the open concept of the open room to the outdoors, no air conditioning (there are fans, which were plenty to keep us cool), and no television. It admittedly took a few hours up to the first day to even adjust. But once we did, we didn’t want to leave. It was so peaceful and serene and you are forced to disconnect from all that live tells us is important. Instead, we focused on calm tranquility in nature. Yes, there are mosquitoes, but there is a net to the bed, which I was surprised worked so well. Also, there is plentiful natural smelling bug spray and they light a mosquito coil in the evening.  

Which brings me to my next point, the customer service is impeccable. We had a private cell phone that we could phone directly to our butler. You could order any room service to include drinks via an iPad in the room (the only electronic we saw). The staff were so helpful throughout the entire experience!

The room is breathtaking. We booked a room with a pool in the room and I highly recommend that upgrade. We were able to watch hummingbirds from our pool and had a fantastic view. The beach is a close walk and ample chairs available. The restaurant has delicious food. I have nothing, but good things to say about our stay at Jade Mountain. I’d love to return!!

The Serene Sanctuary I Didn’t Know I Needed Until I Was There!!

Outstanding resort for quality of facilities, food and drink ,but most of all staff service. Wonderful staff and if you have an issue it gets fixed. And if you have a serious personal problem e.g. illness ,support is brilliant.
In a lovely position on the island ,overlooking the Pitons, the Sanctuary rooms are open and delightful for relaxation .No windows, but protection from bugs is thorough with nets around the bed, coils, and spray ,so you can enjoy proximity to nature safely.
The birds are wonderful and welcoming.
Beach is easily accessible with great swimming and snorkelling ,and great boat trips to see whales and dolphins.
