Pool

TUI allocated this hotel as our original one booked was not open . we were told it was a superior king room with garden views however our view was a brick wall  !!!!! we should be full board however only can have food 7–1 and then 7pm at night in between those times you are expected to pay for food which prices are sky high !!! No tea and coffee in room or water unless you went to bar , found staff quite rude and not that friendly , the food was shocking Luke warm and only fit for the cats out side !! I have already complained to TUI as not happy at all , this hotel meant to be 3 star however 2 stars at best , I would sum up this hotel as shocking !!!!!

Shocking place

Everything was nice. Our kidnreally enjoyed the swimming pool abd the waterslides. The pooö area was excellent. 

Food was also nice and good and there was enough variance for our needs atleast. 

All in all very good experience and would come again in here.

Very nice family holidays

The room and closets had a terrible smell of dampness. There were some pipes going through the closet. No fridge in the room. They lost my towel in the hotel bar. There are no lifeguards on the beach. Very bad experience.  People who work there are very nice.

Very bad experience

An amazingly family friendly hotel with so many children’s activities. The food was a really high standard with plenty of options for all. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Rooms are a little small and ac is not ac it’s a fan but gives you the opportunity to acclimatise!

Family holiday

The hotel is situated in a beautiful spot overlooking the entrance to the harbour creating a beautiful view. Facilities are simple but effective. The hotel and grounds are very clean, the pool is lovely with lots of sunbeds and parasols. There is no rush to get them in morning and you can have a leisurely breakfast before going down to the pool. The local area has a few nice restaurants and shops but find the Promenade which is a path that will allow you a picturesque view of the coast line and offer lots of great restaurant options and bars. During the day, you can take any one of the steps leading off the promenade to go swimming in the sea but take water shoes as it’s very rocky. Prices are quite high here but the people are lovely and this is an amazing base for a superb holiday. We have loved every second and found some amazing little places to eat and drink. If you are of limited mobility Dubrovnik may not be for you as there are a lot of steps and the best way to get around is by walking. If you can cope with that, you are in for a real treat!!

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful city
