Pool

Clean big and nice apartment. Amazing and helpful staff. Good breakfast especially fresh orange juice. Don’t have to worry about parking lots. 
The location is easy to find and bus stops to Larnaka airport is near by. 
The pool is nice.
But our apartment is opposite of pool side, we hear a bit booming noise from the town at night time and meowing in the morning but it’s not a big deal. 
Sure about this apartment I definitely will come back again.

CHECKING IN : We were dropped off at a bus stop, not the hotel and was difficult in the heat to carry the suitcases and bags down to the hotel, coaches can’t go down the road. Throughout our stay, none of the staff were friendly and on our arrival there wasn’t a welcoming environment in the reception. We were given One key per room which isn’t great because if you loose a key, you pay €80 fine, there should be 1 key per person for safety. Air con is €7 per day per unit, so if u have a studio room you pay for 1 unit, if you have a room with 2 bedrooms and a living room , you pay €21 per room…The aircon is good but expensive if u have a bigger room.
ROOMS: The room is clean and normal, all cooking equipment in room, and body wash in the shower already. The balcony is incredibly small, you can’t sit comfortably on it as it’s so slim, similar to a hallway rather than a balcony. Also the bathroom has a vent that is connected to the room next door so you hear EVERYTHING that your neighbour does in that bathroom. View from balcony was disappointing, we looked over onto dirty apartment buildings.
POOL : The pool is a nice environment filled with lilos and donuts and music. I suggest getting your sunbeds early (9am/10am) to secure one. One day we went down at 11am and there were none left, 2 became available again at 3pm…There aren’t enough sunbeds for the capacity of the hotel, a lot of guests have to sit in the bar all day due to lack of sunbeds.
BAR : The bar/restaurant is strict on rules about bringing food/drink/snacks from other places into the hotel, they expect you to buy everything from their small pricey selection of crisps, sweets and drinks. The lifeguard keeps an eye on everyone all day to make sure you’re only drinking/eating their food. Even if you had full bottles of water and drink he would take it when you were looking and empty it onto the plants. The bar drinks and food were nice, however you can get means/drinks a lot cheaper if you go somewhere outside the hotel.
Overall, for the price and the rating I expected better.

Summary:
* mainly 18-35 year olds.
* 5-10 min walk to strip.
* Free wifi
* Air conditioning is NOT free.
* Supermarket across the road 
* Basic but all you need is provided.
* Would stay again!

Check in: coach drops you off a street away (bit of a hill) due to being unable to get directly to hotel. This was not an issue though as the bus driver directed us to the hotel.
Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival.The woman who works behind reception is lovely! 

Room: we had a studio room with a kitchenette and balcony. This had everything we needed including- a fridge, kettle etc. Rooms do NOT get cleaned everyday (approx every 3rd day for us). Fresh linen is provided once a week, therefore we were in the same sheets for a week. Only down side is that there is only one pillow per bed. We requested a second pillow on three different occasions and this was never accommodated for (not a massive deal, we just wanted to be more comfortable)

Air-con: air con is NOT included and is charged per unit. As we had a studio apartment we only had one unit of air con to pay for (we were 49€for the week). Those who had a one/two bedroom apartment had 2/3 units to pay for 

Pool / Bar: great atmosphere. Music is played throughout day. Main audience is 18-35 yr olds so perfect place to stay for a group holiday.  Not enough sunbeds to accommodate the capacity of the hotel, therefore can be difficult to reserve a sunbed. Yotis (unsure if thats how you spell it)  from the bar was so friendly and chatty!  Unable to being your own snacks and drinks to the pool, had to be from the bar. (Variety of food and drink to chose from including a buffet breakfast)

Girls Holiday

About a 10-15 (quite dark and dodgy) walk to the main Ayia Napa strip. I don't know if all of Ayia Napa is as run down as this area was but lots of abandoned buildings. 

Hotel itself was nice enough. Food at pool was cheap and good. Room was large. LOTS of fines and rules in regards to breaking things or bringing food and drink to the pool. My 12 year old got told off for jumping in the pool, not diving, just jumping. 

Air conditioning was an extra expense of 7 euros a night, worked okay. Kept going off and had to ring reception to reset the switch. 

Not accessible at all, and the stairs to the apartments were slippery. I fell down. Cheap and easy budget hotel.

Budget

Decent rooms, service is good except one little grumpy male worker who was unnecessarily rude and angry towards us entirely unprompted. Shop is good and convenient :) Overall we had a laugh and a great time you do have to pay extra for air con but I assume this is a common thing in these kind of places.

Good aside from one of the workers

This 3 star hotel is located in the city centre of Ayia Napa and was established in 1981. It is close to the THALASSA MUSEUM. The Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool. All 107 rooms are equipped with safe and air conditioning.
