Pool

We had a fabulous time at Tsokkos Village.
Our room on arrival was a bit of an issue but was sorted straight away 
Breakfast staff rather miserable every morning but apart from that everyone else was happy and very friendly 
The beach is absolutely beautiful which is just across from the hotel 
We never had any problems with the food, there was plenty to choose from. Soups and salads very nice 
Desserts WOW fantastic.
I would recommend this holiday village to couples and families but the only down fall was the evening entertainment.
I would probably go back on a last minute booking (if the price was right) it’s a little bit out of the way from everything.

Last minute break

The staff were great, helpful, friendly, sorted out problems really quickly and were happy to accommodate our requests.  The food was amazing, such a wide selection to choose from and nice to try a range of new things.  Good selection of drinks too for all inclusive. Hotel was a short bus ride to town or a 20 minute walk. Bus fares were cheap and great way to get around island.  There was an offsite bar next door to the hotel, which meant loud music until 11pm every night,   Would recommend all inclusive here.

Cyprus Great staff, great food and great facilities

The rooms are a bit dated but are clean and the beds comfortable. The cleaner was in every day and fresh towels supplied. A bit sparse with some kitchen equipment eg only one glass.
The food was good quality with plenty of choice and variation.
The staff were friendly and generally helpful and pleasant. Andri on reception was extremely pleasant and patient.
Pool area was well laid out with plenty of beds and a nice environment.
Quiet location with Landa beach only 3 or 4 mins walk.
Bus service regular and cheap from just outside the hotel.

Positive experience for our first ever trip to Cyprus

Where do I even start 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don’t understand how this hotel has any good reviews, it’s honestly baffling. We arrived last night and got into our room which was absolutely filthy. There was insects and pubic hair in the bed, someone else’s dirty laundry on our balcony, a broken bathroom window that does not close, dead insects stuck to the wall, damp all under the Aircon ( we have a 6 month old baby with us!) Cobwebs all over the bed frame, ants in the bath, dead insects and more pubic hair inside bedside drawers, but the worst thing was the cot they provided for our daughter, you couldn’t have put a dog to sleep in it, vile is an understatement! I will attach pictures below, there was dirty stains all over the first cot they provided us, so I asked for a new cot for my daughter, however the night time staff at the reception point blank refused to replace the cot so the first night my daughter had no where to sleep and after getting in contact with easy jet they tried to ring the hotel but they would not answer, so we where left having our 6 month old daughter squeeze into our bed, which is so unsafe. The next day they brought a replacement cot for us which was even more disgusting than the first cot, this one had ants in it and stones aswell as dirt and what seems to be dried in food all over it. Again I will attach pictures below. After asking for once again another cot I had a maid come into my hotel room and shout at me ‘ no more cots, no change’ and after explaining to her that I would like a different cot for my baby she screamed ‘no’ across my hotel room at me, the staff are completely unprofessional and rude! I then went to reception and asked to speak to the manager, he explained that ‘there was no more baby cots in the hotel, they only have 2’ after I asked to put a complaint in he was able to get me a third cot, even though he told us there was no more cots 🤦🏼‍♀️ so in came the third cot and once again absolutely filthy, u wouldn’t put a rat to sleep in it. They are now point blank refusing to provide a 4th cot so my daughter is once again left with no where to sleep, the lady working in reception shouted at us tonight regarding the cot. See pictures below to see the extent of the dirty cots. When we asked for our room to be cleaned because of how disgusting it is, the maid came in with a mop, mopped the balcony and left, she didn’t even touch the room. The food is absolutely disgusting aswell. This has been a holiday from  hell so far and we have spent over £1,500 on this holiday! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have video proof of staff shouting at me, photos of everything so luckily I’ve been able to get compensation but avoid at all costs.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! DONT COME HERE IF TRAVELLING WITH A BABY!!!!

I spent a few days all inclusive at this hotel. Most staff are friendly, although the man at the pool bar was a bit of a misery. He got annoyed when the beer barrel needed changing and was cussing away.
The rooms are basic, but the air con was very welcome. Comfy beds, bathroom sufficient.
Lovely pools that look very inviting. There are plenty of sunbeds available.
The food was pretty food with plenty of choice.
The hotel is a bit out of town, although there is a bus service on the main road. There is a beach over the road. 
I would definitely stay in this hotel again.
