Best stay ever! so clean and staff were very accommodative, wished we stayed longer there! so close to the main strip as well, many local stores and restaurants around the area, easy to get around, restaurant in hotel was also really good! great options!

Best stay ever!

The hotel was in a good location and nice to look at. Rooms and outdoor areas on ground floor were not very private. 
The hotel was very noisy at night going into the morning hours.
Staff were polite.
Some things didn't make sense like a rangehood without a stove top and crockery and cutlery without dishwashing liquid, a sponge or tea towel.
Tiles around pool dangerously slippery.

Okay with some easy fixes

In Napa for a week in winter 
This is a hidden gem
The food is amazing and the hospitality is second to none
It’s quiet in winter in the town but this gem is an absolutely amazing delight it has atmosphere and humour and personality 
We visited 4 times in a week 
The food is stunning fresh and superb
The staff are lovely I mean brilliant 
The main man is charming in the bar area his assistant Is calm ( had to deal with a mouthy guest on Sunday 25th) 
We had a stunning mix grill Saturday 24th watching the rugby
The chef is a delight he taught us so much about Lebanese culture and cuisine
And gave us sown lovely cheese rolls

Superb shining  star hidden gem

Very friendly hotel.  The staff go out of their way to look after you.  Very nice rooms, and I cannot think of a negative thing to say.  Try their Lebanese restaurant which is excellent.  Thr pool area is very nice and the hotel is conveniently placed for restaurants and bars.

A good choice in Ayia Napa

we stayed there for the first time! we were 3 families with children. The rooms were clean. Although the kitchen could have been more well equiped, i.e cuttlery, washing liquid. Our booking was half board and to our surprise there was not a buffet for dinner. We were given 2 options to choose from. Thus, we did asked them to cook sth else for us, and they were eagered to help and served what we liked to eat. The owner and all employees were extremely polite. walking distance to Nissi avenue and Ayia Napa's square. 3 mini markets are 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
