A smart classy hotel in a great location. It was spotless, the staff excellent and the food delicious. Mr Ferrari and I could not find a fault. We met many guests who had been back a few times so that gives a good indication of how good it is. Thomas , Michael and Lisa were the stand out stars but all the staff were very friendly and efficient. Will be going again as soon as we can.

Excellent hotel, very modern

We had the best time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, our experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff are the loveliest from reception, pool bar, house cleaning to spa. The food at the hotel was also great, including at the pool bar. It was a bit pricey but still great!

The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Our best time at the hotel was at the spa. Amazing Elena, Spyros and Daniella took care of us so well. This experience was the cherry on top. We would highly highly recommend going to the spa and getting pampered by Spyros and Daniella.

Amazing stay at Hotel Flamingo

Lovely hotel, right on the beach. We did a couples massage that was so relaxing and the staff were wonderful. I love that this is an adults only hotel. The food is also delicious. The staff throughout are helpful, friendly and attentive. I will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to protaras.

Flamingo paradise hotel

This is the second time we've stayed at the amazing Flamingo Paradise and we'll definitely be going back again next year, if not sooner. 

It's by far the loveliest hotel along the entire coastline. It's brilliantly designed, decorated and managed. We really can't fault it. The reception is gorgeous and spacious and the reception team are delightful. The bedrooms are so stylish and spotlessly clean - the housekeeping is done to perfection by the friendliest young woman.

The breakfasts are amazing, there's everything you can imagine, omelettes made to order, an extensive hot and cold buffet, gluten and dairy free options, fresh orange juice and there's something different every day. Lisa - the owner - and her team consider and cater to every type of guest.

The outside space - which is literally a stone's throw from the beach and the crystal clear sea - is so well-maintained and the pool is amazingly clean. The majestic sea-view restaurant is fantastic, the food fresh, tasty and well-priced and  - watching the sunset from there is so magical!

The biggest selling point for me is that it's family-run by the amazing Lisa, her brilliant husband and her fabulous daughter, Anna. They are natural hosts who really care and go that extra mile, and their ethos and enthusiasm is extended throughout their whole team. 

I want to thank Tasos, the Reservations Manager. There was an issue with my reservation as the subsidiary company lastminute.com used had gone bankrupt. Lastminute.com insisted that the reservation was still in place but it was Tasos who told me what had happened and kept me up to speed. He was so considerate and even assuring me that they would honour the reservation even if lastminute.com didn't. I really commend him for that, without him help resolve matters it would have been far more stressful.

All the staff are top notch. We would like to mention everyone but we are rubbish at names so can only mention a handful - the restaurant managers Mike and Thomas are fabulous, Tiago and Maleo (not sure of spelling) are so sweet and polite and Jeng and Marie are so cheerful and kind. 

But thanks to everyone at your Cypriot Paradise, we can't wait to return.

The best place on the whole coast!

My wife and I had a massage at this hotel. It’s something we do most times we go away, however this has been the best one we have experienced so far. The spa is beautiful, the therapists and service were amazing. It truly felt like heaven.  10/10.
