Firstly I have to commend the staff for doing a first class job under extreme pressure. There didn’t appear to be enough staff to satisfy the customers.
I would like to mention a few who done the hotel proud.
In the hotel bar Sonam, at the pool bar Marlon and Markos  and Tazia who tries to deal with all the clients issues are the people who really shone for us.
The girls in the Spa were absolutely amazing and a spa treatment is recommended. A mention to Christina and Alexander who gave our spa experience, first class.
In the dining room the food was good quality and varied although was on occasion very cool rather than hot.
The room was a good size but the cleaning appeared a bit hit and miss and a bit disappointing for all inclusive. The ladies who clean the rooms it seems that when there is a change of personnel the quality of cleaning appears to go from everything spotless to make the bed and be done.

Cons.

The entertainment at night was pretty average. The best night was probably the young girl and young man doing the traditional dancing especially with balancing the tumblers on his head.
At some point in the morning the entertainment girl had pool aerobics session which was okay but the music was so loud we could hardly hear each other when trying to speak. After that there was period of time when the water polo took place which took up 3/4 of the pool and when it starts you are better off out of the pool and hide behind your sun beds because when that ball starts flying at some velocity and hits you square on on the head you know all about it.
My good lady did go to the management to complain along with our friends and it did seem to work for some time.
However having read a previous review it appears nothing has changed.
There appears to be common denominator here and as far as I am concerned it has to be the activities person who has no control on what goes on. Probably because she spends most of her time at the pool bar.
Activities has to have set times not random and no need for the music to be so loud to the point the bar staff told her to turn it down.
This type of music was more suited for 18 to 25 year olds.
On arrival we were dropped off at the main road and walked down to the hotel. Now arriving at 11.45pm we didn’t think much about it as we just wanted our beds but after speaking to other guest it appears that the buses very rarely come down, for what reason I don’t know.
On leaving we were given a window of 30 minutes to get to the top of the hill and wait for this coach to come. Our two friends helped us to get our cases up the hill.
This coach that did come was a small minibus which could have come to reception to pick us up.

Sorry not a place for relaxing

Nice relaxing spa. We selected cretan massage for 70minutes. Everything was calm and clean. After we were offered steam room. Really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Prices was okay.

Relaxation

Definitely not a good value for money!! We paid 395€ per night for three adults for all inclusive.Don’t expect snacks during the day because that is very basic and the wine is below average. The premises are not for an all inclusive hotel.
The staff is very nice,friendly and smiley and this is the only part of our stay that I would rate 10!

Dissapointing

Another fantastic stay at Leonardo Crystal Cove.

Lovely clean hotel, spacious rooms with great views, fabulous food and exceptional staff, making you very welcome.

Fantastic setting, lovely walks along coastline and access to beautiful crystal clear blue sea. Great bus service to surrounding areas. 

Hotel Manager Effie and Customer Services Manager Tasia go the extra mile to make your holiday a memorable experience.

We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

RETURN HOLIDAY

Stayed for 10 nights in june.  During holiday I make list of pros and cons so when I get home I can give a holistic review. Some of the cons were addressed while we were there so at least management read reviews.
pros- food 5*, cleanliness 5*, air con good (albeit tad noisy at night), safe in room free, coffee maker in room, walk in shower powerful, very modern rooms, bed comfy and large, hairdryer powerful and not attached to wall. Buggy to beach - although only 8 min walk ( v uneven path tho) staff 5* esp Tomaz in indoor bar give him a raise!!
Cons- not all all-inclusive which is a bug bear of mine, premium package for drinks 25€ pppn! We struggled to find decent drink. I ended up having vodka and orange juice a lot of time , gin awful cocktails too sweet and no frills ,beer very bitter taste. Very long queues for evening bar until management opened outside one aswell, which needs to continue although plastic cups in evening not great. Gin bar still not open? WHY? Only tv up there for football. Pool music very loud and housey when we first arrived but was turned down as holiday continued. Lots of 20's/30s parading in string bikinis even in restaurant no dress code enforced. Restaurant small ,ok if you are a couple but large groups may struggle to sit together. 
Good holiday but would not return.
