Once again a terrific holiday. The wonderful sea views and the lovely harbour and its castle. We loved sitting on the balcony soaking up the fantastic atmosphere from the street below and watching the boats.
We spent most of our time on the balcony, there are sunbeds and a table with chairs. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent ( we needed it ). There is a large supermarket behind the building so our fridge was always well stocked. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept our apartment nice and clean. The management 
( Elena )  was often checking that all was good.
Excellent Value for the money.

I stayed at Paphinia Sea View Apartments in apartment 112 in June 2024.
112 is a 2-bedroom apartment. The balcony/veranda is L shaped and huge and has the most amazing views to the sea. The apartment was lovely. It was well equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an iron and ironing board. Both bedrooms have double wardrobes, with plenty of hangers and lots of storage space. There was a stool for sitting at when using the dressing table in the main bedroom. The dressing table had several drawers and there was also a bedside table and light. I found the bed to be very comfortable and I slept really well during my stay there.
The kitchen/lounge is open plan and very roomy. There was a sofa and 2 chairs in the lounge area and a TV with a large selection of channels. All the apartments are furnished identically in typical Cypriot style, with blue furniture.
All of the rooms are air conditioned, apart from the bathroom. I kept the window open during my stay, which kept it cool. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the rooms very, very cool, which was very welcome as the temperatures in June were well into the 30’s.
The apartment was cleaned every other day, and the bedding was changed every 2 days. The apartments were very clean on arrival, and this was maintained by the lovely, friendly cleaning ladies during our stay.
The sea front is literally a 2-minute walk from the apartment, where there are lots of restaurants and shops. There is a very large supermarket called Papantoniou, which is no more than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. They sell EVERYTHING and it is very well priced.
Although the apartment is in fairly close proximity to restaurants, we never experienced any cooking smells or noise from them. We were aware, when we booked, that there are not any lifts to the apartments and neither is there a swimming pool, but this was not a problem for us, as we knew this when we booked.  The sea is only a couple of minutes’ walk away.
We really enjoyed our stay at Paphinia and would highly recommend it to others who want to stay in Paphos.

Lovely, Lovely Paphinia Apartments

The Paphinia Apartments are in an excellent location overlooking the harbour in Paphos. Wonderful views out to sea. You do not need a swimming pool on site as the harbour is 3 minutes walk away for those who would enjoy swimming. Valerie and myself spent a fortnight in the accommodation which I have provisionally booked for next year. I love swimming myself and so I was in the sea every morning about 545 am with the locals, swimming from buoy to buoy a great experience. Breakfast consisted of mixed fruit from the supermarket along with local Cyprian yogurt and freshly squeezed orange juice chilled.

You have coastal walks which are a delight in either direction and plenty of shops in Kato Paphos to keep the ladies occupied. I recommend a American Licensed Massage therapist called Joshua, he is one minutes walk from the large supermarket that everybody attends. He was good, being proficient in all aspects of clinical massage. I am a retired Chartered Physiotherapist who learned sports massage in order to treat soft tissue injuries more effectively. I worked privately in Cambridge UK for approximately 10 years, so you can trust me when I say, Joshua is very good at what he does.

The Staff at the Paphinia Apartments are excellent, nothing is to much trouble for them, always polite and courteous. I said to the owner it was good to do business with you.

Excellent environment

Great spot, superb balcony view. Cleaned regularly and well. All staff helpful and friendly. Could do with a clearer map to appt on arrival especially at night. Although on the promenade noise was not an issue and if the market is on it's a source of constant amusement.

I would like to say thank you to Elena in the office and Maria who kept the apartment spotlessly clean. what a fantastic place for a holiday right on the Harbour lovely views everything on you're door some really good restaurants and places to see.Ifound it that good i've already booked for Sept.
