We had the best time at Hotel Paphos Garden! Beautifully organized, with the most amazing staff. The room was clean and comfortable. The place has accommodated our needs for offering a wide variety of foods and beverages, also activities.
Highly recommended:)

Best spot for vaycay!

Me and my family stayed here for 2 weeks and very much looking forward to going back 2025. Bar manager (Lucas) couldn’t do enough to ensure everyone was having a nice time and quite the character. Food was fantastic, lots of choice and something for everyone and should the kids want something else the restaurant manager did his very best to accommodate them. Hairdresser (Gallatia) such a lovely woman and did a fantastic job of both my hair and nails. Apartment wasn’t the most luxurious place, but it was cleaned every day, beds changed every other day and clean towels daily. It had everything you needed.. equipped kitchen, tv in lounge etc.

All in all we had a great time at paphos gardens

Firstly, lets say we didn’t have the best experience. We went with TUI and there isn’t a rep in situ, so complaining about anything was tricky. 

Positives: 
*Good airy room, decent beds and storage space (more of this later) 
*Spa in Hotel - excellent, lovely lady gave good massages and fab manicure. Spa isn’t busy as it’s so warm outside, but worth it. Indoor pool (cool water) and gym also downstairs. Both usually empty. 
*Staff - always nice, well spoken and polite. Reception staff have to deal with a lot, but always helpful. And usually useless. Don't expect to resolve a complaint....
*Food - we were half board, so had to buy our own drinks (card or room payments) food was plentiful and varied, they will cook omelettes and stuff for you individually or there’s a buffet. 
*Library - there’s a little area just off the bar where you can exchange your holiday reading. 
*Locality - Paphos is lovely, people are nice and bus service is excellent (buy a day rider ticket for 6.15 euros) we often walked to the quayside, then got the bus back. 

Negatives: 
*Building and refurbishment - in the apartment next door and across the hall - starts at 7.15am, we complained to Management, who said they’d sort something. They shut the doors on the apartments to dull the noise. But the ones which were being refurbished backed onto the small pool, and had no windows in, so you can’t get away from the noise!! 
*Air Conditioning - we arrived to 26 degree heat at 2am. There was no key card to make the electricity work, hence the apartment was boiling and the security guard had to go pinch one from somewhere else. Took 2 engineer visits to make the AC work properly. 
*Room/Facilities - usually with a self catering apt there would be Tea towels/scourer etc, maybe a clothes airer and sweeping brush to sweep up all the sand you’ve bought back from the beach - there isn’t ANY of those here. 
*Pools - there’s 3 in the hotel grounds. The big one is by restaurant, very little shade and always packed. The smaller one is behind Ibiscus apartments, much better and more shade. The bar there doesn’t do All Inclusive snacks, you have to go to the main building for that. The small indoor pool is much cooler and usually empty. 
*Room location - away from the hotel, meaning No WIFI. it literally only works in Reception, which meant there was always people in reception, checking their phones! 
*TV - there’s a TV in the room, which got no signal, due to no wifi you can’t even stream stuff on tablets. 
*Sofabed - there was a sofa bed in our apt, very saggy and you’d have had to sleep with the very noisy fridge chuntering away all night. 

Basically - go to Paphos, but not this hotel!

Honestly - just don't!

Over all was a very enjoyable holiday food was plentiful, hot,  good choice of food always replenished. Staff very polite and always ready to help.Rooms maybe could do with a little TLC. Decorating.WIFI could do with update poor connection most of the time.Animation is  none existent during the day. Kids club also none existent only kids mini disco in the evening the one and only  Lady has no interaction with the tourists.we have rebooked for July 2025.very popular with the brits.

Over all a very enjoyable holiday very popular with the British.hotel could do with a bit  of TLC. Decorating in the too

After reading all the mixed reviews, we didn't know what to expect! We were self-catering in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious but very tired, which also made it look grubby. The shower worked fine, and towels and bedding changed regularly. But very little cleaning done! We were in a quiet area, so nice and peaceful with our own 3 feline bodyguards. 

Small pool area was lovely and had to be the warmest pool I've ever been in! First half of the holiday, we could wander down around 10am and get beds with a brolly. However, the 2nd half was a different story with towels being on beds by 8am with no-one on them!!! So we just went to the beach just down the road where there were always plenty of beds and umbrellas at a reasonable cost. 

There's plenty of restaurants and bars close by and only about 10/15mins walk to the harbour. Highly recommend Michael's House, Atrion Gardens, and The Lodge. 

This place could really do with a complete refurb...its ideally positioned in lovely gardens close to the beach and amenities, staff are also lovely and helpful.
