Koni Village

I’m just going to sortie a pros and cons list as it’s easier 
Pros: 
• weather was amazing 
• don’t have to fight for sunbeds 
• pool area is nice 
• fresh towels everyday
• staff welcoming
• on site shop - not too much choice but better than nothing, however not open for very long in the day 
Cons: 
• food is AWFUL don’t go all inclusive. There is about 8 options of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, options are not good. Mystery looking and tasting meat. First day we arrive it was a full blown fish head. Breakfast is minimal, lunch is usually pasta, chips and mystery meat again. We ended up going out for most night for more than one meal costing us about €200+ euros. May as well have gotten a better hotel with that. 
• rooms are okay, needs modernising, bathrooms need a deep clean, shower head held on by duct tape, mouldy air con. 
• steep hill to rooms - this is advertising, but the hill is not how it looks on pictures it’s 100% worse, having to walk up it everyday almost killed us off. 
• drinks and cocktails are very cheap. The fizzy drinks are very cheap version of cola and orange pop. Cocktails are very watered down. You only have 2 options the rest you have to pay an extra €6 for which makes no sense if you have paid for all inclusive. 
• luggage room is not kept locked so keep your suitcases in there for a risk of them being stolen as anyone can just walk into the hotel grounds and take them 

Have deicides on a 2* review as I have stayed in 3* hotel where the all inclusive food has been amazing and more choices. Defo not a 3* hotel

Don’t bother

What an wonderfull short trip!!
Went with my mum for a short stay for 6 days! What a nice people and an amazing place!! Especially bartender Loni!!! He is doing an amazing job love his vibe!! People are very kind, the food was okay but a lot of choise! and its just a whole vibe!

Nice trip

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday here at Koni. Just before the holiday we checked on reviews and were really worried having seen some of negative reviews.

However, our experience was very different

Arrived at 1.30 am, easy to find reception up a slight hill and to the left (tip dont carry luggage up stairs into reception), quick check in, if you have hotel voucher on phone, you will need to email it to the specified email address. The reception guy carried our luggage up couple of flights of stairs to our room 409. Initial impressions, the room was enormous with 3 beds, bathroom had walk in shower, air conditioning good, balcony good size. However we were tired after travelling and needed to sleep. Beds were quite hard, but this was to be expected.

When we woke early Monday, opened curtains and looked out at fantastic view of the sea.

Food hygiene - v good, quality, good, choice - could be better but adequate

Pool area - we used the quiet, small pool which was great.

Room cleaning and towel change - daily

All inc service good, quality - adequate

10 min walk into Stalis, which was bigger than I imagined, and we ate here a couple of nights, some lovely tavernas and restaurants

35 min walk into Malia and 1 hr walk into bigger Hersonnissos

Greeks friendly people as per usual 

Tremendous value for money

Lovely Holiday

They have everything you need. Beers. Nice people. And You Should see my leg muscles after 2 weeks at this hotel. I could almost count this vacation as a health trip, but then again beer is not a sports drink. And dont get me started on the beautiful sunsets.

Great vacation

Just back from koni village we really enjoyed our holiday ..very clean fresh rooms thanks violetta. Michael and Loni great bar staff nothing to much trouble .Lovely pool areas .We enjoyed the food plenty to choose from .. Hotel not good if you have mobility issues due to being on steep hill ..10 minute walk to stalis .we are booking for next year see you then koni village xxx
