Overall our stay at Pelagos Suites was fantastic! The hotel and grounds were absolutely stunning with several pools, bars (including an Adults Only bar) and the fabulous addition being the Italian restaurant. We initially checked into a room which was situated close to the main pool bar which at night we found was far too noisy for us, so the hotel manager kindly moved us into a new room the next day which was actually an upgrade to the room we had initially booked, so we were very grateful for this given the hotel was near enough at full capacity. The main restaurant had a brilliant selection of food and we thoroughly enjoyed every time we dined there (I am also a very fussy eater and I was able to find something different every day). We spent our pool days at the Adults Only pool which was lovely, the lady serving at this pool bar was so friendly and attentive. We hired a quad bike from the place right next to the hotel which we found was a great way to explore the island for the day, we would also suggest booking the 3 Island Bay Cruise (Christina Boat) this was by far our favourite day of our holiday. A couple of points to mention that we felt let down our holiday: Certain staff members around the main bar were very unfriendly and border line rude which made us feel slightly uncomfortable, we feel they either need additional customer service training or shouldn’t be in a customer front facing role. We found the entertainment at the main bar was very children focused, there was entertainment at the Adults Only bar however this wasn’t every night so we felt it lacked atmosphere here. In all we had a truly wonderful stay and we will definitely return in the future - hopefully some staff members up there game. A special shout out to the staff at the Italian restaurant though, their customer service was outstanding which is why we returned twice!

Fabulous week stay!

3rd time to this beautiful resort and you always worry it won't be as good as you remember it.... it is actually better! The staff really make this resort, always smiling and happy and make you feel so welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. The food is wonderful with lots of choice to suit everyone. The resort is always clean and well maintained. The entertainment....what can I say other than Dominika is the main reason we keep returning! And why we have already booked our next trip here for next year! Thank you Pelagos team for another fantastic holiday.

Overall - this was our 3rd stay at Pelagos and was even better than our previous visits - which I would not have thought possible!
Everything about our stay was fantastic and gave our party (me, my wife, daughter, son-in-law and 2 granddaughters) a memorable experience.
The resort is perfect in every way - beautiful views wherever you look and fabulous location, pools, bars, public rooms and bedrooms. It’s child friendly but with plenty of adults only areas so should suit families and couples alike. 
However what really makes the difference is the resort staff - everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. It seems almost unfair to name names but I have to highlight some: Zechra (and Niki) in Reservations who were so helpful both before we arrived and during our stay - it was lovely to meet them in person; Nikos on the Front Desk who arranged our rooms and checked us in; Pavlina who looked after us most days in the restaurant - always cheerful, friendly and attentive; Katerina & Austin - mainly in the bar but seemed to work everywhere at some time; Domenica who heads the Animation team and works tirelessly to give guests the best entertainment experience is a major factor in the success of the resort; and last but most definitely not least, Fatma and Konstantina in Guest Relations - what a pair! They made our daughter & son-in-law’s special event even more special by their wonderfully helpful and attentive support.
Food - we ate most of our meals in the main restaurant where the food was consistently excellent - plenty of variety, high quality and quantity. It’s a very impressive setup and the highly professional kitchen staff and all the restaurant team work very hard and manage to deliver a great service in a lovely atmosphere. We also had some breakfasts and 2 evening meals in the Italian restaurant where the food was very good. Finally the snack bar which is fantastic. It’s particularly good for kids  - our granddaughters loved the food & ice cream. It makes such a difference and allows for a more relaxed dining experience generally.
Rooms - both of our rooms - one for 2 adults, one for a family of 4 - were ideal and suited us perfectly. Plenty of space, excellent facilities and fabulous balcony with a lovely view. 
Bars - brilliant Pool bar with excellent staff - Katerina, Austin and all the team are first class, always friendly and always provided prompt service. It’s a wonderful setting and nice to get replica glasses poolside rather than paper cups. Also used the Lobby bar late in the evening. Fabulous setting, I don’t understand why more couples don’t use it. Anna or Bill usually served us and both were always charming and friendly. There is also a bar in the Adults only area which provided a nice alternative for an afternoon drink.
Pools - 3 fabulous pools - a large main pool, one more for kids and one adults only. The main pool area is perfect, providing a glorious setting to relax. Ideal for families with plenty of easy access. All enhanced by the wonderful Pool Bar - a great place to hang out anytime of day or night. 
Beach - the resort has a lovely private section of the beach with plenty of sunbeds. Clearly very popular with guests although we only really used it once - for our daughter & son-in-law’s wedding vow renewal in the evening. It was a perfect location beautifully set up and arranged by Konstantina and Fatma who helped make it a magical experience.
Entertainment - our granddaughters went to the kids club every day and loved the evening kids disco. It’s a big part of their holiday. Domenica and her team offer plenty of activities during the day and nightly entertainment - everyone loves the Happy Dance! It’s all done in a low key environment so no obligation to join in if you’re looking for a quiet time.
Cleanliness - every part of Pelagos is immaculately clean at all times. It’s exceptional. The staff work incredibly hard behind the scenes. I would particularly mention the toilet areas, all of which were spotless at all times. And I want to highlight the lady who serviced our room every day. She worked incredibly hard and did an amazing job - it really made such a positive impression.
Service - faultless in all areas. Staff seem to enjoy working at Pelagos and everyone appears committed to providing exceptional service. As a guest it is so refreshing to experience this level of customer service.

Memorable experience!

We are currently staying here (June 24) in a suite (one king size bed and a sofa bed in the adjoining room)..it is room 626 and is perfectly situated on 1st floor near everything. Accommodation standard is excellent, the all-inclusive offering is really good, entertainments team make a great effort and location is fantastic. Even our hard to please teenager is enthusiastic.  The hotel has a strip of beach across the road with  bar and shaded sun loungers and the beach is almost empty and wonderful. Take beach shoes if swimming as it is a bit rocky when you swim out.  All of the drinks we have had are good..they provide decent local wine and beer offerings, including a nice prosecco and  branded spirits. The gym is small but all you need and spa treatments seem comprehensive and reasonably priced. Hotel throughout is immaculately clean. We love it here and will be back!

Fabulous all-inclusive. Couldn't fault it.

Fantastic food, fantastic hotel, staff are amazing, so hard working and all so polite, nothing is too much trouble and so friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place. All inclusive is well worth the money and nothing is skimped on at all!
