Pool

Just returned from a week's stay at this resort.  Lots of positives, amazing location, friendly staff, good WiFi coverage and spotlessly clean. My wife and I were allocated one of the rooms in the main building which was perfect, a free safe was a nice bonus as was the small fridge. The bathroom looked as if it had been refurbished fairly recently too. Our arrival time was late evening but we were greeted with a welcome drink, a friendly speedy check-in process (via the hotel App - so its handy to have a QR scanner on your mobile) and escorted up to our room with cases following a few minutes later. 

There are 2 pools on site with the top one the quieter area (where we camped out), the bottom one is busier with music and activities throughout the day. The bottom pool also has 2 small water slides, a beach bar and snack bar. The quality and variation of the food on offer was fine for us as we are not fussy eaters but some people might find it a little restricted and it does get very busy at the food stations due to the nunbers of families wirth young children.

The beach area is fabulous, you can walk in either direction for miles, another bonus is the hotel beach sunbeds and parasols, which are free to use. I would advise using beach shoes due to the number of rocks and stones at various points under the water. The hotel is unique as it grows a lot of it's vegetables on site, the grounds of the hotel are like a giant allotment, amazing to see. During our stay I turned 60 and one of the staff noticed the birthday cards in our room, to our suprise later in the day the hotel left a card in the room and a cake in the fridge for us. What a lovely touch, so thank you to the staff for noticing this. 

There are a couple of negatives which I hope are constructive, firstly smoking, I'm not sure what the rules are in public areas in Greece but smoking is allowed in most areas of the hotel. This was particularly an issue for us during the day by the pool and in the evening when watching the entertainment. We always seemed to be surrounded by smokers. My stepdaughter who arrived with her partner a few days after us found this a big problem as she suffers with asthma. 

Secondly, although there are changing rooms in the toilets by the top pool and changing huts down by the bottom pool, there is nowhere to shower in private if you had a late bus pick up like us (checkout is 11am and the hotel was fully booked so no chance of a late checkout). 

Thirdly, although the bathroom in our room was refurbished the shower head is on the wall above the middle of the bath, this meant you had to be careful showering as not to spray water all over the floor. 

To also note, this hotel caters mainly for German speaking tourists, although there were a scattering of other nationalities such as us Brits. It's also tailored for families, so there were lots of young children and babies in situ when we were staying, so it was very noisy. Entertainment , there was the usual activities during the day and varied ones in the evening, the evening music quiz was the standout for us. So overall a great stay, if you have young children then this is definitely the place to stay. Couples without children may want to look for somewhere a little bit quieter.

Lovely Week Long Stay

We were moved to this hotel two days before we were due to fly out to KOS.
We were very apprehensive as a family, however there was no need to be. We have just spent an absolutely fantastic week at this hotel, can’t recommend it enough. we went with our five year-old and nine month old, this hotel had everything that we needed and more. 

All staff go above and beyond and are very attentive. The pools were very clean constantly watched by lifeguard's which was very reassuring.
The hotel was spotless never had any issue with cleanliness. 
This hotel has the most beautiful grounds which are very well maintained and looked after by the gardeners! It’s lovely to see all their own grown fruit & Veg.

Also a big thank you to the international kids club, my son loved going. Always great entertainment for the kids 

If you’re due to visit or looking to book, you’ll be in for a treat!  Again fantastic food and drink options. 

Thank you for a wonderful stay, would love to visit again in the future.

Fantastic family holiday!

Me and my boyfriend had the best week at this hotel,  off reading reviews i was slightly apprehensive however i was absolutely blown away with the experience we had.  As a couple it was perfect but also as a family aswell.   We felt totally welcomed straight away, our room was lovely and absolutely spotless,  the pictures dont do the pools justice at all and just the vibe of the place was so friendly and chill.  My biggest concern was the food but i didnt need to be concerned at all it was lovely and there was something for everyone.  The sushi was absolutely beautiful😍. I definitely think we will be back💯

Just back from a week at Grecotel Casa Paradiso. We were a family of four adults and four children under ten. 
We were originally supposed to be staying at the Labrina Hotel on Kos until finding out last minute that it was closing down. It turned out to be an absolute blessing as we absolutely loved Casa Paradiso. 
We were warmly welcomed buy the excellent reception team and assigned our room. our room was overlooking the pool and near the water slides. It was large, cool and spotlessly clean and lovely to find a bowl of fresh fruit, water and soft drinks in our fridge.
The facilities across the complex are excellent, with four pools, lots of lovely comfortable sunbeds and literally right on the beach.
The food was outstanding for an all inclusive and something for even the pickiest of eaters. There are wine fridges to help yourself to wine at meal times as well as a couple of bars with every drink you could want. 
The beach is beautiful, the sea where you walk down is a little rocky but if you move a few meters it is much better. Again plenty of sunbeds and the beach is gently shelving.
There is fresh fruit and veg being grown across the complex which is wonderful to see and obviously shows up at meal times. Snack bar does a range of snacks from 11 til 5:30 and again a nice selection if you dont want to walk to the buffet restaurant.
Staff across the complex are a massive asset to the hotel with everyone being super friendly and helpful. Entertainment is on an evening and again to a good standard.
The hotel is situated about a twent minute walk down the road or along the beach to Miramar with pleant of bars and restaurants. We took the bus from directly outside the hotel (beachside) into Kos town which took about 25 minutes and was only a couple of euros.
Absolutely no complaints and we are extremely grateful that our original hotel closed so we could come here.
Absolutely no hesitations to recommmend to anyone thinking of holidaying in Kos.

Fabulous Hotel

we visited here for a week and it was lovely, being greeted at reception with the warmest welcome and being taken to our room, bottles of water already in the fridge too. the food was lovely for an all inclusive with different options every day as well as the same - pizza etc (which was freshly made). the food was fresh and fresh veg/herbs are grown on the hotel grounds. there was hot dishes new every day, pizza and pasta, soup, a fresh salad bar and olives/bread/feta bar too, the bbq food is outside. 
the pools were clean and spacious, the bottom one being best for children as there is also a snack bar and bar there where you can help yourself to crepes/waffles/sandwiches etc at certain times of the day. 
the hotel is just across from the beach which has the best sunset! 
the bus stop is also a 2 minute walk down the road which goes into kos town. 
staff were super friendly!
sunbeds would get full up quite quickly but if you were down by about 9am there was plenty!
