Second time at this wonderful hotel and cannot fault this little gem. Very relaxing ambience.  The staff make this hotel exceptional, the restaurant staff especially Pietrit and Nikos do an amazing service and in the bar  Nikos and Casey provide the same friendly welcome. Very near to a range of shops and restaurants and easy to visit Kos Town via buses. We will certainly return.

Nice small hotel, good sized room with a great view. The hotel is all inclusive and the drinks / snack options are limited but perfectly adequate given the price. Mealtime food is excellent, plenty of vegetarian choices and extremely tasty. Food is varied from day to day. Staff are really friendly. We will definitely be back

Quality base with nice room, pool area and tasty food.

Rooms lovely and clean. Staff were great. Food was repetitive. Had 2 nights of evening entertainment which finished by 10. If you want a holiday that is purely for lounging around the pool and playing board games at night then this is the place for you. Felt it was expensive for what it was.

Lovely hotel. Very boring.

Pick up at airport by hotel transfer. En-suite bedroom was bright, cleaned to a very high standard each day, air conditioned, very comfortable and spacious bed. Large glass door leading to small balcony with sea view.

The swimming pool and sun bed area are beautifully clean, spacious, with good quality sun beds, parasols for shade and some large double four poster sun beds.

The atmosphere of each area of the hotel was joyful,peaceful, friendly and the staff were always going out of their way to make everyone feel at home.

The food was delicious and the staff providing the food and table service were genuinely happy, friendly and welcoming. Nikos and his team were always fun to be around and every meal was a time of homeliness and relaxation with an amazing selection of food and drinks available throughout each day.

This was one of our best holiday experiences ever.

Excellent Hotel - Luxurious, friendly and delicious food at a great price.

We arrived a 2.30am on 10th May for 14 nights we were greeted by 2 pleasent chaps who checked us in, one of them took us to our room after giving us a food bag each which was a nice gesture. Also bottled water in the room.

Reception staff especially Katepina and Leda  were always very helpful and directed us for whatever we asked for so thank you to them.

Our room was pleasant, A104 on the ground floor was well decorated, comfortable beds, good shower, tea & coffee making facilities, air conditioning, mosquitoes nets at the patio door and bathroom window, TV, several coat hangers, safe which is free to use, but if you need a powerful hairdryer take your own as the small fold-up one provided may not be adequate for long hair.

You can pay a 10 euro deposit for pool towels and when you return them to reception you get the 10 euros back.

The maid Poppy was fantastic and did a great job, clean sheets and towels every couple of days, always does a fabulous job of sweeping the room, everywhere always clean and dust free on our return after a hard day relaxing by the poolor exploring Kos.

Food was always presented well in the buffett restaurant, lots of variety, we did not find this repetitive, always plenty to choose from, cooked, cold and dried foods, from soups to meats, poultry, vegetarian, vegetables, pulses, rices, herbs, salads, dips, cheese, fresh fruit and desserts, bread, potatoes, chips were also readly available. Meals are on the all inclusive option. 

The chef and kitchen staff are often forgotten when reviewing but the food was delicious so a big thank you to them all.

The dining room and veranda area has a very modern decorated feel to it where the staff are always cheerful, Nikos, Mary-Joy (MJ) & Rina  were all very pleasent and helpful clearing plates and serving drinks, so cheerful and chatty, Rina said they missed us when we went out for dinner, I had my 60th birthday while on holiday at lunchtime they produced a lovely birthday cake to me and sung happy birthday which I enjoyed.  They made meal times a pleasent place to eat & dine. Big thanks to each one of them for waiting on us for 2 weeks... we will miss it...

The pool area is a wonderful place to relax and spend your days, it is a suntrapped area where the sun can be found from morning until night. The pool terraced is always clean, comfortable sun loungers with parasols for every 2 beds, which you do not have to reserve, there were always plenty to go around. There are several pagoda with  double sun loungers, and 2 swinging ones and 2 hammocks on the grass area.. there is a shower at the poolside.

There are plenty of seating at the pool area too sofa's & chairs outside also a covered area with lots of tables and chairs... there is also cushioned circular seating area with coffee tables near the poolside which is very pleasant.

The whole area is litup at as night time falls.

All Inclusive drinks are served from 10.00 until 23.00 hours. Also pool snacks and ice cream are from 10.00 to 18.00 Cocktails are not included o  the All inclusive but can be purchased.

The pool bar well stocked, all Inclusive drinks are served from 10am to 11pm - cocktails are not available on the all inclusive option. 

Also drinks were served in glass glasses and collected quickly from the sun loungers and tables. No plastic glasses at this hotel.

The poolside bar has a nice vibe to it, we spent several evenings just sitting inside or outside there chilling.

This is where you will find Nikos & Casey the very friendly bar staff who wanted to get to know us, they called us by our names, after the 1st day knew what our drinks were, in the evenings as we sat inside the small bar area, as soon as our glasses were empty they would be refilled again. These two are a real assett to the Gaia in Style. Very pleasent friendly people that made our holiday perfect. 

It is the best bar service we have ever received on any of our many holidays over the past 28 years of travelling together...

Guests at the Gaia in Style can use all the facilities at the Gaia village but we didn't go there so cannot comment.

All in all a prefect place to spend time to unwind and relax. Also very close to the beach and centre of Tigaki, Gaia in Style is a lovely base to enjoy this beautiful island of Kos. 

Its the staff at this hotel that make the hotel a fabulous place to stay and what it is, they are a massive assett to the gaia group.

We give this place 5 stars...

Definitely it should be rated higher than a 3 star
