Pool

The hotel is ok. Simple rooms but clean. Beach is small and there is an on-off smell of sewage in the hotel and on the small beach. What brings the hotel down is the horrible breakfast. Not eatable at all. Eggs taste of frying fat, bread is dry and the rest just isn’t good

Were do we begin…
 Bad points: 
I get the tax has to be paid but it’s not a four star accommodation, more like two so we had to paid €49 
Air conditioning extra at €7 per day!
No tea making facilities in the room
Breakfast isn’t good
Water smells of sulphur in the shower 
Pool smells too, not enough chlorine 
Staff rude on the desk
Beach isn’t good no chairs anymore 
Birds nest on our balcony so bothered by them

Avoid! better places to stay

After reading the latest reviews we were very sceptical about this hotel, upon arrival staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms a little dated but very comfortable, only thing we would of liked was tea and coffee facilities in the room but as we knew about it we took our own and travel kettle! Rooms were cleaned every day by lovely staff. Breakfast was good, always bacon sausage, mushrooms, beans, fried egg, boiled egg, bread, ham, cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, cereal, yoghurt, croissants, cake, only thing lacking was fruit, only watermelon and tinned peaches, would of liked a bit more choice! Again staff were very welcoming and friendly, The hotel itself back in the day would of been right up there but it is quite dated but having Said this it was very clean and tidy, pool was lovely and very welcoming, it's situated right on the beach, didn't agree with having to pay for sunbeds if staying at the hotel! Sunbeds around the pool were never available as the usual thing of putting towels on early happened every morning, and the grounds were open for everyone to use so you would get people from other hotels using them, we didn't feel this was fair on the guests staying at the hotel! All in all a very pleasant stay with excellent staff, would definitely return! The main downside of this hotel was having to pay 49 euros for air conditioning, it's free July and August don't agree with this!!

Excellent stay

Great hotel as a base to go off exploring and the rooms were clean and comfortable The cleaners were great and bedding and towels changed regularly 
The breakfast covered all the bases and there was plenty of it Don’t know why people are whinging about it 
We had a great holiday

I can only mirror the complaints about the tax The hotel is a good 3 star not a 4 
This makes a difference of paying 7 euros a day per room as opposed to 3 
The only months that you get Air Con for free is July & Aug so that’s a bit of a shock at 7 euros per day
The be warned that ALL payments to reception for Tax / Air Con / Safes have to be paid in Cash so budget accordingly

Nice Hotel in a Great Location

Just returned from a week at this hotel. Although classed as a 4 star it’s a 3 star at a push. Very tired with a basic breakfast menu. The location is good, right on the beach but rather than fighting for a sun bed around the pool, we walked down the beach a little way and spent our days at Remezzo beach bar and swimming pool. Fabulous comfortable sunbeds around a great pool. All free just purchase a drink or food. The menu and food were great value and excellent. 
One thing to make note of before you stay at the hotel is the extortionate cost of room tax and air con and safe. These must be paid in cash so beware and keep some money back for this. Aircon is free in July and August but we paid €69 for a week of air con and safe in June and a further €49 for room tax as it’s classed as a 4*.

Pleasant hotel

This wonderful hotel is located in the beautiful tourist resort of Argassi, in the southern part of Zakynthos. It is situated close to the beach, while Argassi centre with all its bars, restaurants, shopping and entertainment options is just a few steps away. The airport is to be found some 6 kilometres away and the neighbouring city of Vasilikos is just 4 kilometres away. Ideal for families travelling with children, this complex offers accommodation units with 2 separate rooms and twin/double rooms that can accommodate up to 2 adults. The well-maintained outdoor complex offers a swimming pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Those arriving by car can take advantage of the private parking and a poolside snack bar is available for guests' drinking options. Those needing to stay connected will appreciate the Internet corner.
