This was my first time on an aeroplane and my first time leaving the UK.
It will not be the last!
The Island is fantastic (if a little run down) and the weather was amazing. 
Very impressed with the hotel.
Some staff were a bit miserable but the staff in the restaurant and at the bar were absolutely fantastic! Never known service like it! 
They greeted me like an old friend everyday and always took time to chat with me which made me feel really special. The guys in the bar knew my drink order after day one and nothing was too much trouble.
The room was basic but that's ok - I was only sleeping in it and the air con was great. Would be good if there was a way of locking the door from inside though as the maid entered at 7am every day and we are not early risers. Also my Son sleepwalks and walked out of the room in the middle of the night. Luckily I woke up and realised before he went too far.
Food was great! Not all to my taste but there is something for everyone.
Snack bar is good for the daytime.
Waterpark is where we spent most of our days. Clean, well looked after and lots of efficient lifeguards. Bit of a strange smell in the air but I think that was from the surrounding fields.
The whole resort is immaculately clean. Never saw any litter the entire time I was there. Your staff are a credit to you.

My first ever holiday outside of the UK!

I was worried about some of the reviews but overall we had a really lovely time.
Transfer: only took about 10 mins - quick and easy
Rooms: We were upgraded from a family room to a duplex so that we could be next to friends. The duplex was great, having a separate room and second balcony. Be careful on the stairs though as I slipped and really hurt myself! Rooms basic but all you need. Cleaned regularly.
Food: what you would expect from an AI. Always something to eat - kids loved the pancakes for breakfast every day. Evening meals a little repetitive, but decent enough. 
Drinks: in previous AI places we have been able to help ourselves to drinks, however here, they are all served by staff. 
Pools: we only used the waterpark as we had kids with us. It opens at 10.30 but the queuing became ridiculous. Queuing began from 9.30ish some days. Certain people used their children to push in! This was a real negative but not the hotel's fault.
Staff: i found everyone reasonably friendly, however my other half found the bar staff (water bar) rude. They would often laugh with the Polish and definitely favoured them in brining them to the front of the queues. I must add that this didn't happen to me.
Entertainment: as it was so hot is was nice to be outside. It would have been good to have a bar a little closer but was ok. The inflatables were great and the girl in there was amazing - very caring and always made sure the kids found their parents. The games etc were all extra (on top of €10 for inflatables). But, you are on holiday and you would expect it. 
Overall, a great holiday!

A very beautiful hotel, very good food for all kinds of tastes, clean rooms beutifuly decorated and we enjoyed the waterpark both us and the kids! But most of all, the personnel was so kind and smily!! They made us feel like family!
We will come again, for sure!!

Fabulous hotel, especially for children. Spotlessly clean. Food was great with plenty of options. Would we go again?
1000000%. Staff brilliant, snack bar brilliant. Shop on site is very reasonable. We chose to hire a wheelchair for a group member, asked at reception, they gave me a phone number & the chair was delivered to the hotel within 1 hour.

Traveled for family wedding

An all around great hotel, plenty of pools, lovely apartments, great choice of food, helpful staff, nice apartments (we had a new 2 bed one), gyros on the snack bar allday.

Cant see why there would be negative reviews.

We travelled with a 2,4 and 7 year old and all enjoyed it.
