Pool

Nice apartment that was clean, with everything that we needed. Beds were comfy. Good pool area with a variety of options in the snack bar. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and helped with any queries we had. We had an excellent stay and had no issues. Thank you!

Great stay

We absolutely loved our stay here in june the apartment was beautiful so clean and lovely view , the staff were amazing especially all of the reception staff they were friendly and extremely helpful we loved our time here we will definitely be come back 1 of our best holidays so far .

Great friendly staff great location.

Extremely disappointing. A group of us stayed at this hotel on the early May bank holiday. We treated the room with care and made sure everything was as it should have been before leaving. Within a week of returning home our deposit was returned to us (1000€ - 250€ per person). The deposit was returned after the room was thoroughly inspected and they found no damage. Unfortunately, two weeks after the deposit was returned, the hotel decided to charge us 400€ due to a damaged TV, which was strange as our room had already been inspected and deposit returned. They provided us with a picture of the damage, and within the picture you can clearly see the belongings out other guests in the hotel. Clearly other parties had stayed in this room following our visit. I reached out the to the hotel and they advised they would provide the required evidence to support their reasoning, they are yet to respond with any sort of evidence to prove the damage was done by us, and they are now ignoring my email. I’ve put in an official complaint with Jet2, but doubt this will lead to anything. Completely unfair, thieving hotel - avoid if you want to keep your deposit.

Avoid! Charged our room after returning deposit.

They withheld my 250 euro deposit for over a month after check-out despite saying we would get it back within a week. They ignored every call, text and email while I tried to resolve this. When they eventually returned our deposits they had deducted 100 euros because of an (alleged) crack in the shelf of a fridge. I would also add that the check-in process was harrowing and took about 7 years and that the entire resort was full of stags and hens. If that floats your boat, stay here.

Terrible customer service, dishonest people, not a nice experience.

This was our third visit but sadly not as nice as the first two. We arrived about 11.30 am but couldn’t get into our apartment until after 4pm. In my opinion this is not suitable for families, too many stag/hens, girls/boys holidays and quite often groups of middle aged men standing round the pool drinking. Not enough sun beds for the size of the complex which isn’t helped by people reserving sun beds with their towels as soon as the pool opens and then not  returning for hours. On the plus side the apartments are very clean and comfortable with plenty of storage and are cleaned daily and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Not so nice

The hotel is located in Algarve close to the bustling Albufeira, only 300 metres from the famous Areias de São João strip, surrounded by landscaped gardens and located 200 metres from a white sandy beach. Faro Airport is less than 24 kilometres away. The hotel has private access to the beach and offers beautiful ocean views. This hotel is an ideal accommodation choice, whether guests are in Algarve for nightlife, sports, local cuisine of simply relax with their family. Pool area is available for swimming lovers and family members will enjoy water activities. Close to the resort, it is possible to play golf or enjoy an excursion through Algarve inland and sample excellent local food. This complex offers rooms completely well-appointed, decorated in a practical and homely way, they are designed to provide the best vacation for the whole family.
