The hotel was absolutely fab. We arrived on my son’s 10th birthday and they had decorated our room for his arrival, provided a cake and left some wine chilling for the parents. Such a lovely touch which made our son’s birthday perfect. We were all inclusive which was amazing, such an excellent variety of food and drinks. Breakfasts were the best!  The location of the hotel was great inbetween Albufeira and Vilamoura with some nice bars, restaurants and shops just a walk up the road. The staff at the hotel couldn’t do enough to help and were so friendly, taking time to chat to the kids and offer local insights. The rooms were an excellent size and very clean with the option to get it cleaned everyday. The pool areas were great with a main pool and splash pool. My partner made use of the running track too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return ourselves! Such an amazing holiday!

Amazing hotel!!!

The facilities are great, the food is lovely quality with a good variety. I recommend the all inclusive as great value. The rooms are spacious and clean. The best part of the holiday was the staff! Reception staff were helpful and efficient, restaurant and bar staff were friendly and hard working with great language skills but the animation team, especially João and Lucas were brilliant. They ran a good variety of exercise classes, kids club and activities round the pool which got all ages involved. It really made the holiday fun and enjoyable. Our 6 year old had a fabulous time in the pool, kids club, playing football and dancing at the mini disco. There was a good range of entertainment in the evening with some excellent singers and musicians and a fun music quiz (in 3 languages!). I'd definitely recommend the hotel. We had a fun and relaxing break.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!   If I could give it 10 Stars I would.  Location is perfect to walk on down to the "most beautiful beach in Europe"...Praia da Falésia.   It's less than 10 minutes.
The hotel itself was wonderful in that the room we had was huge with a wonderful view overlooking the pool and a large patio.  Room was clean and well equipped.
They also have a slew of scheduled activities to choose from.
Finally...Service.  Anna who checked us in was PHENOMENAL!  She was SO nice.  Helped us check-in early.  Offered us a higher floor room if we wanted.  (we were fine with what we got.)  She was extremely helpful in booking us a boat ride trip to the Bengali caves, including a transfer trip.  If we could have stayed longer we would have.  
Also, the breakfast buffet was awesome.  They had an extremely wide variety of offerings.  We recommend this hotel in every way.  "Check it out and Check-in"

Brilliant hotel, relaxed atmosphere and very family friendly. Have to mention in particular the 3  staff who provide both kids and adult entertainment. They are fantastic! Especially Joáo. Local restaurants were lovely and perfect location for the beach. Location has easy and resonable access to everywhere by Uber. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic family hotel!!

Had the most amazing time, staff amazing especially Ana on reception.  I was not well on arrival, but Ana immediately got me a wheelchair and looked after me.  It really meant the world to me, so thanks Ana.  Also Sonja in the restaurant so helpful and caring.  The hotel was immaculate, rooms, restaurant area by the pool couldn't fault anything.  The entertainment was really good adult snd children's.  Entertainment staff were fantastic and gave 100% to all the activities.  Cannot wait to go back.

This modern apart hotel is situated just a short stroll from beautiful unspoilt Praia da Falésia beach on the spectacular coast of the Algarve.
