I’ve never actually written a review whilst I am still at the hotel but the W Algarve absolutely warranted it!

From the contact from the Whatever, Whenever Team after booking to the early check in process everything was perfect.

The trip was for a 45th birthday. Once I informed the WW Team they ensured the room was decorated with very special and personal touches. 

The room and hotel grounds were immaculate and the cleaning and turn down services were also excellent.

On our first morning we informed the breakfast staff that we were vegan and they ensured that we were provided with vegan food by informing the chef. 

All of the staff were absolutely amazing but I have to shout out the stand out staff: Teddy, Fatima, Pedro, Junior and Deborah. They looked after us so well during our stay!

All in all the W Algarve exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning.

Me and my wife recently had the utmost pleasure of staying in the W Algarve for 2 nights - these 2 nights were incredibly special to us as we had just married on the day of the first night.

I have stayed at some exceptional hotels around the world in my life, but I have to say that the W Algarve blew me away in terms of quality and consistency.
You don’t have one single team member that let’s you down. They are all an absolute credit to your hotel, the business and the Marriott brand.
Special thanks go to Karin for arranging our room, Diogo at reception for being an absolute star in every single respect and (can’t remember his name) but the Thai guy from Sweden who was on an exchange program from Switzerland who delivered our food every day.

Keep doing what you're doing, it’s perfection and you need to know it.

Perfection in the Algarve

Incredible!!! The welcome from the staff... being welcomed at the door of your taxi by name is always a great feeling and sign of what's to come. The staff at this W were exceptional, really made it feel like a luxury home from home. Facilities and the hotel itself were just stunning and I wish I could have stayed longer. Everything was spotless, loved the decor and layout.. just amazing.
We were blown away by our room, so much space and a fabulous balcony to relax on as well. The bathroom was a joy!!  We had a few little niggles with the room but all was sorted as soon as we raised it. 

I really must call out the staff at the W, as they truly made our stay unforgettable. Everyone you passed or spoke to gave genuine smiles and greetings.  Those you dis get a chance to talk to, genuinely wanted to know about your stay and offer recommendations and tips. My Mum unfortunately arrived with a cold, and so many members of staff took time to make her feel better. Thank you to Lilly and Henrique, for the above and beyond service you offered, my Mum was hugely appreciative and very touched by your kind service and gestures. So many members of staff left an impression on us, Leah and the head barman, Miguel at front desk, Debrah at breakfast and Carina on the welcome desk are just some of the names we managed to catch. Truly W Algarve, your staff are exceptional. I recommend this hotel to EVERYONE.

W... wonderful

The W hotel absolutely wowed us. From the warm welcome from staff on arrival to the beautifully clean and spacious room. There were always beds available around the pool and the staff are attentive and great at checking whether you’d like food or drinks brought over. We ate at Paper moon and the service and food was incredible. I’d recommend going for the sunset as the views are stunning. The breakfast selection was plentiful and I’d like to give a huge shout out to JUNIOR who is an absolute credit to the hotel. He was friendly, funny and such a lovely person to speak to.

Amazing hotel and staff (thanks Junior)

Just returned from 10 nights at the W Algarve hotel.
The hotel grounds are lovely, we stayed in a Spectacular Double room with sea view. The room was spacious and we loved the buttons by the side of the bed to control the curtains!
The staff really make this hotel, nothing is too much trouble they are friendly without being intrusive and are happy to pass on recommendations from beaches to local restaurants. 
We loved the music and the resident DJ from Wednesday to Sunday. On a Wednesday they have a pool DJ which is a lot of fun. 
The food is good in the restaurants.  
We spent a lot of time at the Wet Deck; the team here are world class. Every morning we were greeted with a smile from Will and a lovely morning chat with a cold glass of water. The team really are a credit to the hotel, we loved having chats with them and talking through the menu choices (The Poke bowls are delicious!). Cocktails were no issue regardless if they were on the menu, they had a simple rule if the bar staff knew how to make it they would! 
The area is quiet, the sun set at Galé beach is stunning. We used Bolt to get around as these were very reasonable.
We will definitely go back and would recommend to  anyone looking for a relaxed holiday.
