Beautiful hotel with brilliant staff. Welcomed on arrival and room was upgraded as it was my birthday! Even had a birthday cake and card in my room. Room was spacious with two balconies overlooking the gardens. Very clean and provided TV, sofa, dressing table, toiletries, bottled water, juices, bathrobes, slippers, pool towels and a safe. Room attended to each day if required.  Hotel was very tastefully presented with a lovely bar overlooking beautiful gardens, a restaurant which provided breakfast and evening dining. There was entertainment several nights which was pleasant.  There is a pool bar serving food and drinks where the staff were so attentive, polite and helpful. Beautiful views over the outdoor pool and perfect beach which is accessible by a lift or steps. Also has an indoor pool, spa, small shop and hairdresser.Room service was good.
 The hotel is in a quiet part of Alvor but there is lovely boardwalk which we enjoyed which took us into the harbour which was very lively with coffee shops, bars and eating places. We booked a boat trip to see the amazing coastline, visit the caves and grottoes plus we saw dolphins. We also found some lovely restaurants where we enjoyed some traditional Portuguese food. 
I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely return in the future.

Highly recommended

We had a great stay here, really enjoyed excellent service and delicious fresh food. The beach in front of the hotel is just beautiful and is easily accessible by the hotel lift.

The views were gorgeous from our huge family suite with frontline sea terrace.

Everything in the hotel was very spacious and well maintained.

The spa facilities didn’t seem to be in full working order but the kids really enjoyed them anyway. 

My gold star goes for the live music as well - especially the piano man during breakfast!

Excellent location, service and food

What an amazing short break - on arrival we were made to feel very welcome by Patricia on reception. She worked extremely hard to place us in a room that met all our requirements to mark our wedding anniversary. 
The lovely staff  are highlighted by the top drawer quality of everything about this hotel,  from the domestic staff all the way up to dining and reception staff
A special mention to Natasha whose beaming smile greeted us at breakfast / reception and all who went on to provide us with lovely food and beverages, 
The snack bar is comfortably priced  served by the lovely Camila & Rita The outdoor areas are immaculately groomed and well maintained and a stones throw  to the stunning long streach of beach.
Today is our last day but will be planning a return asap .
To recap I work in the service sector and strive to reach the standards here experienced. 
We arrived as guests but leave  saying good  bye to a new found family.

Utopia experience

Bea Hotel with friendly staff, lovey pool overlooking the magnificent beach.
Amazing breakfast that will not disappoint. Easy boardwalk stroll into Alvor village passing numerous restaurants.
Room service daily, and as we were leaving early on our last day we had a wonderful breakfast trolley brought to our room.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a comfortable stay with easy beach access either via a few steps or a lift.

Lovely Hotel

We found that the hotel wasn’t what we expected, based on the online advert. Customer service for a start was poor, food; not much of a variety from day to day was the same recycled food and not much to choose from, like in the main menu which doesn’t present value for money!
