Pool

Really good hotel. Bed and pillows were so comfy and the standard of cleanliness throughout was excellent.

Bar staff very friendly and a special shout out to Henry the pool guy who kept the pool area tidy. 

Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and freshly squeezed orange juice every day.

Great location as really close to the beach and the marina.

Only (small) criticisms I have is that they could do with weeding the patio area at the pool and also clean the backs of the outside dining chairs where the cute wee birds like to poo on.

Would definitely go back. 2nd time in Vilamoura and we love it

Great hotel

The Wifi in the room didn't work, nor did the bedside lamps. I reported this but no action taken. The room was very small, no soundproofing between rooms, you can hear your neighbours talking, the towels were old and thin. This is not a 4 star hotel, and is not worth the money.

No Wifi, low standards, not a 4 star hotel

Just returned from a four night trip. Great location 4 minute walk to the Marina with restaurants and bars. Hotel spotlessly clean, great staff with a special mention to Lopez Luke and Ava who looked after us around the pool. Breakfast great but  my only complaint is the temperature of the food, it needs to be hotter!!. A special shout out for Henry working tirelessly around the pool. Apply for the Dom Pedro club card to get discounts on your food and drinks while at the hotel but remember to tell the staff you have the card to get the discount!!  Food at the hotel basic but of good quality and reasonably priced compared to some of the Marina bars and restaurants. The hotel towels have seen better days and could do with being replaced but other than that I definitely would recommend and will return.

Excellent short break

Just arrived back from the hotel, 
Positives : Room 226, Good sized rooms, comfortable bed, great shower. shower room and small Balcony ok, WiFi  great by pool and restaurant, free safe. 
Great Breakfast. 
Good views to beach and marina. 
Reception staff very informative, recommended some local bars and restaurants. Hotel clean, rooms, restaurant, lounge etc. 
location ideal for the marina, beach and 20 mins walk to Quarteria, 
Thanks to Henri who stops for a chat, keeps the pool area clear of litter, and reorganises the beds on the evening. 

Cons: Pool area not the best,  in need of a good sweep, particularly along the grass edges. 
Not enough sun beds, no mattresses, and only 10 shades along the grass edges. Head shades on sun beds good ideal. 
Very Very low key entertainment, nothing on the evenings. 
Bit of road noise from the road circling the pool area. 
Poor WiFi and TV channels, 

Recommend the Fisherman’s shack, and Refaels nearby restaurants, Caravela and Rose Branca in Quarteria.

Overall we enjoyed the hotel and location.

We stayed here for a couple of nights.The staff were very friendly and welcoming.Breakfast was buffet style and had lots of choices.We had lunch at the hotel which has a good menu choice,the quality of food was good and value for money.The location is excellent near the marina but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.Our room was comfortable with a balcony and had an nespresso machine. The pool area is clean and always had plenty of sun beds (not the most comfortable).

Lovely stay

Just 3 minutes walk from the beach and less than 15 kilometres of distance from Faro Airport, this charming Boutique hotel offers a superbly location.
