Room ok food appalling luke warm only one hot veg sliced warm up meat and what looked like left overs from breakfast fried up breakfast warm to cold and limited selection tried to complain didn't want to know no English TV walls very thin will not stay here again 

Don't stop here if your British you will be very disappointed 

Reception was good very polite and helpful. We arrived late and was told that a small 2 course meal was provided. That's the good bit over. 
The rooms are dated and very run down, the aircon/heating didn't work, there was no fridge. The ceiling near the for looked like they had had a floor from the room above. The bathroom was small and out of the ark. Even to the point you had a shower curtain that had seen better days.  
Food wasn't much better scrambled eggs dripping in butter was about the only thing worth having. Everything else was swimming in oil. Lunch: ushered in and told where to sit even though there was empty set tables in the window, but they was for the Spanish guests who where king. That I understand but you are in the hospitality industry so please show the respect to everyone not just few. We was sat at a table in a row. The restaurant manager walked past, spoke to everyone except us. Rude very comes into mind. 
The food was ok 2 main choices of meat, but if your a vegetarian your living on salad as was my sons girlfriend. 
If your british please think twice about coming here, there are some very nice hotels in Benidorm, ok you may have to pay a little extra but it's well worth it.

Stay somewhere else.

My husband, 3 year old and I stayed here for a week with our friends who were also a couple with a 4 year old and had the best holiday. The food was outstanding, very tasty and the youngsters, who would normally be fussy was eating it and enjoying it. 

The hotel itself was very clean and rooms cleaned efficiently and to a high standard the same time every day so you knew when to vacate although they're happy doing it with you there.

Reception and staff very polite. My son lost his favourite ball 15 mins before the coach picked us up to go to the airport, after speaking to reception and leaving them some euros, the ball arrived on our doorstep 2 weeks later - outstanding service. My son was over the moon!

Would definitely stay here again, thank you all for making our holiday unforgettable!

Great hotel!

Four us arrived on our first trip to Benidorm 6th June to the 10th June 2024.

We was really happy with the Hotel and how clean the staff kept it. 

Ok the rooms were a little tired but in keep with other hotels in this budget range we have stayed in across Europe. 

Obviously if you want the Hilton you will need to pay hundreds of pounds more. 

The food was delicious (half board) with a very good selection which was topped up regularly. 

Vegetarian choice was a little slim which none of us were. 

Very good location but it is up a hill. 

Not a great choice of food for any fussy young children i.e no chicken nuggets.

As it is mainly Spanish cuisine. We like to eat the same as what the locals do after all we are abroad. I recommend if you want english meals then I recommend you go to Butlins.

We really enjoyed our time here and it made a nice change to have free car parking also.

We also received a delicious pack up on our departure day as we had to leave at 6am for our flight home.

Great Budget hotel

A very pleasant stay after a 5 year return! Clean throughout. Pool area well maintained and modern. Fantastic jets in the pool. Spacious rooms firm comfortable beds good nights sleep and quiet . Great views of sea and pool. Was on a full board basis. Food at lunch and dinner very good indeed. Breakfast is ok. There are only a couple of things I would change one being in the rooms there is a lower cupboard space in the bedroom just asking for a fridge to be installed! And also the two small elevators need updating! They are small and you have to wait a while for them to arrive most times. I tend to walk the stairs a lot due to this. The hotel is situated on a small steepish hill. I wouldn’t recommend if you have difficulty in walking. Location is fantastic for quick access to the Levante beach and promenade. Shops, bars and eating places are just a few minutes away along with bus stops. After this stay I have decided to book again for a  holiday in October.

A Pleasant Stay

This popular hotel is situated just a few minutes from the beach in the holiday resort of Benidorm. It offers an outdoor pool surrounded by a terrace, a garden and a taberna-style restaurant. A large variety of bars, pubs, restaurants and shops is in the vicinity. The Aqualandia water park and the Mundomar Aquarium are within walking distance; Terra Mítica theme park is within easy reach.
