Pool

Hotel was nice in a good location. Very clean and rooms cleaned everyday. 
Shower in room had really low pressure and did tend to go hot and cold everyday. 
Food is average I would say but always managed to find something. 
Lifts are very busy first thing in the morning and take a long time to arrive. 
I’m not sure if I would return if I’m honest, absolutely nothing massively wrong or bad but it’s not outstanding either.

Excellent Hotel - Excellent Staff - Enough said.
But i'll expand briefly, as did my waist on this trip !!!

Staff - all hardworking, all seem very happy in their roles.
Just remember that it's nice to be pleasant back to them
and although you'll maybe be All Inclusive , you can still give a Tip,
as you would back home. It's nice to be nice.

Rooms - some people have said the decor is dated,
i only care about the essential things :
Bed - very comfy ( tried to get it in my suitcase , but didn't fit )
Shower - powerful and always had hot water
Room - decent size and plenty storage space
Cleaner - special mention to Rosita, who always brightened up my
day with her heartwarming smile and her pride in her work.

Food - i'm really fussy with food , but finding something to eat was never a problem
with the sheer amount of different items on the menu.
BREAKFAST IS AMAZING - i'm really missing the Sausage ...

Drinks - very drinkable .

I can't comment on the  evening Entertainment as i was always out and about.

Overall then - Sandos you smashed it  - so big cheers to you and hopefully see you again and again.

2nd time at Sandos, looking forward to my 3rd visit

My husband and I came back from here yesterday 27th June 2024. This was our 4th time at this hotel. We love coming back here as it is central to everything you need and only a few minutes walk to the levante beach.
Staff are so friendly and helpful, and entertainment staff are great, especially the lady that hosted the picture quiz on Thursday 26th just before the new cabaret which was excellent, unfortunately I have forgotten her name, but she goes above and beyond which I told her and is a credit to the hotel. We will definitely be back again.

Fabulous stay at Sandos Monaco. Now my new favourite hotel in Benidorm. Staff are Fabulous,  so attentive,  pleasant, can't do more for you. From arrival to leaving,  everything about my stay here was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, big shout out to all the cleaning and house keeping staff - you do an amazing job! Restaurant and bar staff- so friendly and attentive,  they really look after you. Reception staff - top notch, always welcoming,  really helpful and want you to have a fantastic stay! Food- brilliant,  plentiful and fresh. Fish cooked so beautifully, paella is a highlight for me, fresh fruit, salad, meats just look at pics. As a solo traveller, I felt so welcomed and safe,  very important to me. Location is fab, 10.mins to.old town which is my favourite. Spa- I booked a massage and it was great. Staff so professional and caring. 5 star and will be back. Think I need to join the loyalty programme as you have taken over from your sister hotel Benidorm Suites as my favourite.  Well done to all and a huge thank you from me!!! Gracias xx

Amazing hotel and staff, you won't be disappointed!

Great location in between New and Old Town around 7-10 mins walk either way.
Room is nice and big.  
Sadly the food is not great lack of choice and caters mainly for fish eaters.
No sun around the pool until at least 2pm which is most of the day gone already. 
We asked a staff member to assist in helping with an umbrella due to many being broken and the answer was ‘sorry we cannot help’. You’d never get that in a ; or above star hotel.  Our air conditioning wasn’t working and the toilet was broken and we was told it would get fixed the following day, we was staying on the 15th floor so everytime we needed the toilet we had to go all the way down to receptionist, again you would not get this service in a 4 star or above hotel. 
Overall it’s disappointing and for what we paid it’s not worth it we ate out everyday breakfast and dinner and skipped lunches.
Entertainment was poor. They advertise a colours and white party but the whole time we was there neither was on. 
Such a shame as we heard such good feedback but having stayed in many hotels 4 or above stars we were not used to this lack of service.

3 🌟 not 4

This adults-only hotel is located in the centre of Benidorm, a few minutes' walk from Levante beach. There is a plethora of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops in the vicinity. Public transportation can be found just 120m from the hotel and there is no shortage of activities in lively Benidorm. This hotel is ideal for a fun-filled holiday under the warm Mediterranean sun.
