So where to begin? Arrived at the hotel at 3.30am and was given our first room which was filthy and had burn marks all over the carpet, went down and told them and was given a 2nd room and when i opened the door there was already someone staying in that room and was lying in bed!! I went back down to reception who can barely even say hello in English and then got ignored as  
2 off duty male staff came in drunk with girls on their arms and pushed me to the side whilst the receptionist swiped their key cards for whatever reason! Finally 3rd time the room i was given was at least abit decent but still very old fashioned and a lumpy grubby carpet!! They cannot call this an All Inclusive as the bar for AI include 1 type of cheap horrible beer and house wine!! The food was horrendous and hardly any choices and most was actually inedible! We ended up eating out as couldn’t stomach the food! The staff are some of the rudest people i have ever came across in my entire life! Couldn’t crack a smile between them! The only one who was nice was the cleaner on our floor! 4th floor! She was lovely!! Also no snacks throughout the day and small plastic cups for drinks and it was sooo hot that you needed bigger than that! When we asked for larger they told us “NO”!! Also for the size of the hotel there is inadequate amount of sunloungers! We were there 3 days before we managed to get any!! I honestly would never recommend or return to this hotel unless they had a major refurb of the hotel and the staff!! AVOID!!!!!!

Horrendous

Good location and some friendly staff but that is where it ends. Our family room had dirty carpets, stained bed base, cracks on the wall, curtains hanging at an angle with broken hooks, badly repaired broken door handles and frame, broken wall socket with exposed wiring and the food, well, it is an acquired taste. Makeshift all inclusive bar that constantly ran out of ice or some popular drinks. No designated no smoking areas poolside, no evening entertainment and Balkan Holidays found all these acceptable!
Best avoided at all cost

Just back today from 7 days in Sunny Beach staying at Fenix Hotel. 
Good points. Very clean hotel, rooms spacious, beds comfortable, good shower, cleaned every day, bedding changed and clean towels. 
Not good
Booked half board. Breakfast passable with toast, bacon, eggs etc, some fruit and some continental breakfast. Orange juice watered down so not nice. Main evening meal awful!!!!!!
Some meat but husband not impressed with what he ate, vegetables frozen like the Birds Eye ones you can microwave. I don’t eat meat so struggled. One vegetarian option which was ok sometimes and not nice other days. I existed all week on Soup with bread followed by Salad (some days no lettuce) with feta cheese and olives, and chips or potatoes. Very little variety.
Pool lovely but very cold and only a handful of parasols.Good job it was early in the season can’t imagine what it’s like around the pool when fuller. No evening entertainment at all.
I would advise if you do stay here todoBed and breakfast as lovely restaurants in Sunny Beach and quite reasonable prices.

Clean hotel, poor food

Food is very poor , its cold , not much choice,  eat alot of toast because everything was awful, Alcohol choice is poor, I wouldn't recommend all inclusive,  pool is great, enough sun loungers , guy on pool duty is lovely 😀.  The rooms are OK just basic, beds comfortable,  rooms very noisy,  but that's selfish guests not hotels fault , would I stay again,  YES because other than the food and alcohol the hotel is great , this is our 2nd visit in 12 years food was OK first time round they just need to improve it. The staff are very nice 👌

Don't go all inclusive

Arrived early hours of morning to next door room having tv on loud till early hours of morning this carried on all week. Room very spacious and clean. Bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was okay if you like eating toast. All meals awful I ate toast for the full week as everything else was awful. Poor choice of all inclusive drinks limited to a few spirits, beer and cheep wine. All inclusive not value for money at all. Got locked out of room at 11am although checkout was 12pm had to go down as get another room key. Hotel staff friendly and cleaner was lovely. Guy round the pool very friendly. The bar to pay for at hotel was lovely and good atmosphere.  Always got a sunbed round the pool.  Overall stay was okay just wouldn't go all inclusive as its a rip of

Don't stay all inclusive
