Pool

We were the lone North Americans (Canadian) at the resort. A 4star european all inclusive is much different from a Caribbean experience. The rooms were bright and clean. Purchased a sea view room but it was over  the pool and the sea was a speck on the horizon. Beach is beautiful! Important to note that the island government licenses the chairs. The hotel does not have chairs on the beach. 
The pool areas were nice. Lots of chairs and umbrellas. Despite ample signage, towels were on most chairs, with people absent for long periods of time. Staff were not policing. 
Buffet was ok. That is the only choice for meals. Alcohol was available at the pool bar. Self serve. But not at the buffet. Minibars not stocked. App would not bringup room service so didnt try that.
Front desk staff are great.
Staff who made sangria was really fun. 
German tourists were in the vast majority. Over 50 or young families.


Very average, very nice beach.

Overall good resort for a cheap and cheerful family break in the Canaries. Fuerteventura. Great wether if a bit windy, staff now super helpful, good pool selection but the waterrpark not suitable for over 8years. Food selection was ok. Loved the beach and chipmunks. Overall we had a nice break but this is a very standard 4 star hotel in a nice location but not sea front. Loved the villa you can get electric scooters to along the seafront. 

Nice family hotel in Fuerteventura

we have stayed in your Hotel from 12.03 until 22.03.2023 (Room 2405).
We would like to thank you and your whole team for the perfect vacation in your hotel.
 
Even if some of the furniture or other equipment in your hotel is a bit older, we have to say, that the cleanliness in you hotel is excellent.
Begining from the room, the pool area, the pools, the hallways, the restaurant, windows, gym, etc. 
We have been already in severals 4+5 stars hotels, but never saw a hotel so clean like yours. 
 
The staff at the reception were very friendly and competent. They could help us anytime.
Even when I had the problem in the evening with the not working toilet.
 
The Bar team worked very quickly, so that we didn't have to wait that long to get our very tasty drinks.
Even when I have asked for a special cocktail, it was not a problem for them to mix the drink (Mai Tai).
We have noticed, that complete bar-team were also very friendly to all kids, when the kids have asked for Fanta or chips alone at the bar.
That is what I understand of a good service.
 
Many thanks, also to the restaurant service-team (breakfast-, lunch and dinner).  
They were very attentive. The tables were always set very quickly. Things that were on the floor were quickly picked up and cleaned.
Food and drinks was refilled quickly when something became less. 
You didn't even notice the service-team were there. Perfect.
 
Many thanks also to the kitchen staff. The food were "every day" very delicious. We also liked the variety and the freshness of the food.
 
Now I come into my eyes to the most important point.
Many, many, many.......... thanks to "Anna" an the other animation team. Sorry that I doesn't know anymore one the other names.
Our son was so happy to go every day to the kids club. The kids care was outstanding.

Best Family Hotel with excellent Service

Back again at the Iberostar hotels in Morro Jable.  Current and recent experience consistent in excellent amenities and service.
Be advised, however, that you may judge that the Star Prestige offering in the dining room was not value for money.
Food and drinks is inclusive to all guests. 1/3 of the dining room is for Star Prestige guests.  The tables are set the same spacing, the seating is the same, the food is the same.  The only apparent difference is a candle on the table, a full table cloth (instead of a half covering) and staff pouring your drinks.

Always a great experience but Star Prestige dining rather bizarre. 

Stayed i week here with my wife in Star Prestige room .So good from day one. Sea view room ,spotless and very nice .Balcony private and wonderful views all around. Service in this hotel was exceptional and the food in the restaurant was of top quality .Very few English people staying here as mainly Germans but I always say, if the German people are there. then it is a Good hotel. The whole hotel was just spotless and the staff work so hard trying to make your holiday the best .The area is clean ,the beach and the local roads and Morro Jable seams  safe and plenty of shops and cafes. Lots of naked people walking the beach at this end of the beach especially so be warned . I would rate this hotel as one of the best holidays we have had and will be returning as soon as possible. I had forgotten how good Iberostar hotels were. A BIG thank you to All the staff and will see you soon.

The Best service for many years.

This family hotel has a privileged location facing a beautiful 25 km beach.
