Pool

We had a lovely week here.  The food was good and there is plenty of choice.  The Asian restaurant is a must.  Great pools although the water is pretty cold.  I couldn't get enough of the cappuccino with cream.  Good entertainment for my grandchildren.  Would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel really was one of the best holidays we have had and we go to AI hotels 3X a year. Staff absolutely amazing, grounds and cleanliness perfection- best pool toilets iv ever been in (cleanliness) everything was convenient in terms of distance. 
Had a massage in the spa by Clarissa and it was the best so very relaxing thanks again Clarissa. 
Nothing was ever too much trouble. Rooms were cleaned well and towels replenished when asked. We will definitely re book. 
The town melanores was in walking distance and passed some time for the evenings. We also walked to Play de les ingles which was a waste of the day really as it wasn’t the easiest walk with a pram and most restaurants and shops were closed must be an evening place.but we saw the dunes and had a nice 6 hour sunny walk.  
Food was good with lots of choice- odd night a few things were cold but still
Ok. The Italian restaurant was ok probably the worst service we received maybe because we didn’t want to purchase wine I don’t know… but it wasn’t great and the food was cold. The Asian fusion was delicious although I must say maybe flip the way people visit the mains dishes to leave the dessert area free done simply by changing the tables round as people thought you were pushing in stupidly. 
My only negative is we found the beds a little too hard. Thanks so much for a great 2 weeks we really had the best time and will be back next year. Pools are absolutely beautiful!

Fantastic 2 weeks and perfect massage!

We have just returned from a family holiday at the Maspalomas Princess and it was a wonderful experience. I travelled with my husband, son, his partner and our 4yr old granddaughter.  I was a little apprehensive when I read some of the reviews but I need not have worried. The hotel is fabulous, fast efficient check in, rooms are clean and modern with beautifully soft bed linen.  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is tasty with a huge variety in the main dining room and with snacks, drinks and ice creams available from around 11-5 every day in the pool area.  You will not be hungry! The themed restaurants on site are first class. Outside area beautifully maintained and the pool area excellent for children.  I cannot say enough good things.  The beach is a short taxi drive away and there is a beautiful promenade with shops and restaurants. Our granddaughter asked if we could come back next year and hopefully we can!

Wonderful Family Holiday

We had a lovely 7 days at this resort .the resort  is clean and tidy and has everything you could  need  .the food was spot on and loads of choice available for all fussy appetites ! My only gripe was soft drinks available for young kids at dinner and tea ! Also not enough glasses available  dinner and tea too

Spot on hotel

I had a fantastic experience, especially because I was with amazing company.

**Pros:**
- The hotel is huge with a lot of variety in places to visit within the hotel.
- The food was AMAZING.
- Efficient drink service.
- Lovely, clean, and aesthetically pleasing rooms.
- The pool area is great and very clean.
- The staff were excellent.
- There were fun day activities, and I participated in a few.

**Cons:**
- The nightlife wasn’t the best; the surrounding area was quite quiet.
- The premixed self-serve cocktails were a bit watery and not to my liking, though I did find some drinks I enjoyed. They could have used more care in preparation.
- The Wi-Fi was poor throughout the hotel, so I used 4G the entire time.
- There wasn’t much music around the pools.
- The evening entertainment wasn’t great, so we made our own fun.
- There was no kettle in the room.

Overall, it was a great stay!
