Pool

First family holiday in 3 years and what a delightful place to stay , The staff were excellent the room was nice and clean and we had a beautiful view to wake up to every morning , The restaurant was very nice and the choice for breakfast was exceptional, The pool was beautiful and the view from the roof top restaurant is second to none, Probably the most relaxing holiday I have had with the kids , Can’t wait to go back Soon

Chill and relax in style with awesome views

Overall a lovely stay, some elements better than others. Firstly, very friendly and professional staff, especially in reception. Good choice of cocktails. Nice spa and excellent massage. Very easy to get around as you can get a taxi almost instantly if you request reception to hire one. Communications and facilitation of car hire prior to stay excellent and quick; great rates. Our premium suite was huge and had all facilities you could ask for. Only a couple of minor disappointments. The hot tub/jacuzzi on the balcony is always in the shade and seemed to only have cold water so it was never warm enough to use (the weather didn’t warrant a freezing cold dip). Breakfast was okay but on most days cold/lukewarm. Had buffet dinner one night and was VERY let down on the choice/standard/quality. Hardly any veggie options and none vegan unless you want potatoes or chips with salad/bread. Everything was cold and tasteless. Maybe we were unlucky as it was getting towards the end of the night (got opening times mixed up) but it was meant to be “Mexican night” and saw nothing even vaguely Mexican! Other than that enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Maybe eat elsewhere! (The “private” restaurant upstairs isn’t always open).

Great overall but dinner poor.

Facilities were numerous. 
Rooms had kitchens, refrigerators, wall mounted televisions with screen mirroring and spotlessly clean.
Staff were polite and friendly and the food excellent.
A franchised high end restaurant was situated adjacent to reception where we ate a few times and a restaurant at ground level served a superb breakfast and a very adequate buffet in the evening.
All in all a very pleasing and professional hotel.
Can’t wait to return.

Faultless

Beautiful hotel. Set in between the volcanic rocks just outside the port the hotel is perfect for all visitors. We had a lovely room, big, clean, great balcony in the quiet area. Perfect for a couple, but the family area was equally impressive for those with children. The breakfast was great, loads of choice and late opening suited us [11 am].  Had one meal In the fish restaurant which was good, though we preferred the 15 minute leisurely stroll into the port where there were lots of restaurants to enjoy
Staff were fantastic, very helpful with everything but happy to leave us to relax as we wished. Pool was lovely, big, never too busy, and plenty of sun beds. Pool bar nice for a snack and quiet drink. 
Area around the hotel is quiet, safe, relaxing. Good supermarket 2 mins away and outlaws bar well worth a few evenings in. 
All in all, a perfect ten day break, mogan itself is lovely, quiet, but pretty and plenty to see and do. The hotel is a perfect base. Think we will certainly be back 

Wonderful relaxing holiday 

We recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Resort in Gran Canaria and overall, had a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a great location with access to two beaches and a large pool area, perfect for relaxing. The food and beverage offerings at the pool were good and reasonably priced.

One major convenience was the free parking, which made it easy for us as we had a rental car. We booked a premium room with a jacuzzi on the terrace. Being Radisson Rewards VIP members, we were warmly welcomed by the front desk staff who thanked us for our loyalty and even offered a suite upgrade. However, we declined the upgrade as the suite did not include a jacuzzi, which we particularly wanted.

The hotel staff was mostly kind and helpful, with the standout service being at the main restaurant where they were especially lovely. The food quality at the half-board buffet was some of the best we have ever experienced. We looked forward to dining at the hotel every evening, especially with the live music performances that added a delightful touch to dinner.

However, there were some service gaps, particularly at the pool. Despite the large number of F&B staff, we found it inconvenient that we had to walk to the other side of the pool complex to place our orders as no one was taking orders poolside.

Maintenance was another area needing improvement. When we checked into our room, the jacuzzi was dirty, although this issue was promptly resolved with professional cleaning after we called reception. Additionally, there were some damaged spots around the main pool and worn-out furniture in our room.

For couples, there were a couple of notable issues. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together without a lock, causing them to separate with any movement, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Housekeeping also wanted to clean the room by 11 am, which felt quite early if you wanted to enjoy a nap after breakfast.

Despite these minor inconveniences, we were happy with our stay and will likely return to the Radisson Blu Resort Gran C

Enjoying fantastic views to the Atlantic Ocean, this modern hotel is situated just a stone's throw from three picturesque and beautiful beaches on the southern coast of Gran Canaria. The village of Arguineguín is just a few steps away, Puerto Rico, Meloneras Beach and Playa de Mogán Harbour are within easy reach. The international airport of Gran Canaria is about 45 km away.
