Amazing view from a well equipped apartment with exceptional WiFi. Cleaned regularly by cheerful staff. The beach and shopping centre/restaurants are a 15-20 minute walk down a steep hill or 670 steps (yup I counted them) but easily managed. We got taxis back for €5 and there are an abundance of them. Will probably return next April.

Well sized terrace with chairs, table, parasol & loungers
Clean rooms and areas around the hotel. 
Staff were helpful, friendly and well presented. 
Pool wasn’t ever too busy and was clean. 
Food was lovely, fresh & tasty. 
Definitely a peaceful place to relax and unwind. 
We would have liked to have 2 gate keys though (as we didn’t always leave at the same time, due to my accident prone self & a swollen ankle). 
Be aware that it is approximately 20 minutes walk uphill to the Europa Centre and 20 minutes walk down hill to the commercial centre. There is a stairway down to the beach - approximately 720 steps. So unless you like to walk (which we do) or happy to jump in the reasonably priced taxis it might not be suitable for you. 

We had such a great stay that we’ve booked to go back in August this year.

Adults only little hidden gem!

Booked a sea view room, we got a bottom floor, the bottom floor ones have the big terraces, loved it. Hotel so peaceful and room was very clean, cleaner came in 5 times over 7 days. You can get pool towels from reception so no need to take your own. A bottle of wine and water on arrival. Pool area was great and very quiet. Air con was great, WiFi in the room was great, Kettle, Microwave and toaster all as new. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and the views were amazing. There’s a lot of steps down to the bottom rooms, if you don’t like steps ask for a top floor, it’s same floor as reception. (From the road there are about 15 steps down to reception.)

Fantastic place, peaceful and quiet.

What a fabulously quiet hotel this is.
Rooms are spotless and cleaned 5 out of 7 days.
The balconys  are huge with all apartments  no matter which one your allocated and fully furnished with loungers,table and chairs,  parasol and some with a jacuzzi if your lucky enough to be given one of these all as standard, some hotels charge extra for these items. It was my birthday on  6th May and on our return from a great day out at the beach and pubs we were greeted with a big bottle of bubbly which we were very impressed with as it must of been our domestic that informed management about our celebration,  now that's what I call a nice touch and I couldn't thank them enough at reception. 
If you have mobility issues then it is taxi's everywhere but they are so cheap it's not a problem, 5 euros down to the beach and back up again and taxi rank is only 5 minutes walk up a slight incline.
Food and drinks are cheap enough at the hotel, slightly less than at home, beers 3 euros, food varies but the pizza is only 8 euros and is huge and delicious. 
I can't fault this place for anything so I've immediately booked another week from 14 June, can't wait. The views and all the staff are amazing. 
Do yourself a favour and book this hotel if your looking for a very relaxing holiday.

Amazing accommodation.

Really pleased we booked these apartments. Accommodation was clean and we had a large balcony with great views. Enjoyed the fact it is a smaller Adults only complex. Reception staff were very helpful and it was a real bonus using the facilities and restaurant at other Servatur hotel a 5 minute walk away.

Great value an hard to fault.

Servatur JB is located in a privileged location in Puerto Rico, on top of a mountain, in one of the sunniest areas of the valley with incredible sea views. The beach of Puerto Rico is about 20 minutes away by foot or only 5 minutes by car. In the surroundings there are lots of shopping centers, restaurants, activities and different leisure options to enjoy a pleasant vacation. 

*The timetable for the reception is from 8 to 00 hours. Wednesdays and Saturdays until 1 am and Friday until 2 am. If you arrive to the hotel later that time, it is necessary that you go to Servatur Puerto Azul in order to check in.
