Elba Premium Suites

Stayed for 1 week at the Elba premium suite with my family . We had 2 rooms close to each other . The rooms were fabulous , lovely comfy beds , coffee machine , water stocked daily in the mini fridge and fantastic outside patio area with sunbeds and seating area . The maid cleaned the room everyday to a high standard . The staff at the hotel work extremely hard . The all have smiles on their faces and can’t do enough for you . I did come across some holidaymakers getting rude with the staff because they had to wait for drinks , but this was no more than 5/ 10 mins . The drinks were fantastic , premium quality and large measures 😂 The food was fantastic , something for everyone , one of the best I’ve had at all inclusive . In particular it was lovely to have champagne for breakfast , which was a lovely touch . The facilities at the hotel are fab especially the 2 hr pass you get for the spa . We all enjoyed the steam room , ice bucket and facilities and there was no one else using it at the time . The pools are great ,a little cold but fine once you get in . On our last day we managed to keep one of our rooms on till 4.30 are wristbands were cut off at 12 and we were given a lunch pass for dinner This was fab and give us extra time on our last day and only cost 30 euro . Thanks 🙏 so much for a fantastic holiday , you are 🤩 and we are all missing our holiday so much 😃

Amazing 🤩 stay at Club Elba lanzarote

We recently stayed at Elba in the premium suite and while the accommodation was nice, the overall experience was very disappointing. The food quality was poor! Many complained about the uncooked chicken, so much so a good vet could have brought it back to life! There was a significant lack of choice, bland and unnamed mystery food. Despite being fully inclusive, only local drinks and a couple of naff cocktails were included. Additionally, the towels provided had holes in them. Overall, the food quality and choice overshadowed the decent accommodation. Shame, get your act together

Chicken Revival

Stayed at Elba for 10 days starting 17th June . Travelled as a couple along with 2 friends , 1 of whom is a travel agent who wished to see if the property should be recommended.
Unfortunately arrived later than expected just after midnight , sadly the night staff were very unhelpful and off hand . There was no food or drink available , not even water to tel to the room . We were then left to find our own accommodation 832/34 on what initially seems like a complicated site . At this point our travel agent companion asked for a meeting with the manager to discuss various things as an agent . 
Our room was lovely , modern , well appointed , lovely shower and good facilities . 
So after a nights sleep ( without food / drink) we started to explore the complex .
Positives 
The complex is very clean , well laid out with great facilities. Kids would love this, pools are great and lots to do. 
On the adult side the pool area is great perhaps lacking in sunbeds at busy times but otherwise brilliant .
Rooms are cleaned daily , water and tea coffee replenished , pool towels readily available from the spa and can be changed whenever .
The staff at the Jameos pool  bar are amazing and made the holiday hugely enjoyable ,they are so friendly and work amazingly well as a team shame more people do not tip them .The food at this bar is basic but really good and made to order .The entertainment around the pool is brilliant with things ranging from water aerobics to sax player to iced mojitos and an aerial artist ..
Location of the complex is great with a quick 6-7min walk taking you to the ferry terminal and a range of shops and restaurants, whilst the Rubicón complex and harbour is only. €5 taxi trip away.
Negatives 
Food can be a bit hit and miss although we did find something suitable on the nights we stayed in . Breakfast is great with loads of choice and good quality .
Front desk staff can come across as disinterested and  unhelpful.
We had an evening in La Nonna the Italian restaurant but found it disappointing, a bit chaotic and food a little bland . Didn’t have chance to try the Brasserie steakhouse .
Disappointing that at no point did any manger , despite requests make contact with our travel agent companion so no idea if he will promote the property to others .
Tips 
Book any restaurants early 
Get your sunbed early if you can .
Visit Rubicon 
Best restaurants we used Liken (Rubicon) great seafood , El Boudicon ( ferry port ) fantastic tapas , Jungle Vibes @ Arrabellas (Rubicon ) fabulous night with great food and atmosphere .

Lovely place great location

Beautiful clean modern hotel, it was our first time here in Lanzarote and we definitely chose the best hotel, we stayed in the premium adults only section and our room was amazing perfect for everything we needed and the cleanliness was so great! The adults only pool area was what we enjoyed the most with beautiful loungers and not forgetting the pool. The food and drinks were excellent with a range of varieties to please everyone, staff were all so friendly and welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone we will be coming back that’s for sure!

Amazing stay

We stayed for 10 days in the Premium Suites. I would return to this hotel however we did have a few issues. Check in was good, our room wasn't ready but we had arrived early so wasn't expecting it to be. We were given wristbands and a map of the hotel and were told that we would be called when the room was ready. We headed off to the adult only pool which is alot smaller than the photos. We had lunch here several times during our stay and the staff here were always amazing. Chuss is great, very attentive and knows how to look after the guests. We received our call as promised and headed back to reception to check in. Our cases had been taken to our room for us, which was great as we were a long way from reception. Our room 892 was very clean and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. During our stay our room was always cleaned to a high standard. However the room should have had a kettle in. We called reception and were told one would be delivered ! We also realised that the safe needed to be paid for, it would probably be a good idea for reception to mention this to guests this when checking in. We went back to reception to pay for the safe and upon returning to the room found the code did not work, so we had to call reception again. Who then said that the code wouldn't work and they then sent someone to our room to sort the safe out. We unpacked and called reception again to chase up the kettle, to be told they don't  put them in the premium rooms. We then had to go back to reception with our booking details to show that them that the  room should have a kettle in. They then said it was their mistake and apologised. After a long day travelling all we wanted to do was unpack and not make phone calls and go backwards and forwards sorting out the room. If something isn't right it should be resolved quickly and not become a issue, the management should look into these problems as its a shame to start the holiday with issues.

We spent most days at the main pool, where we always could get sunbeds. The bar was unfortunately often understaffed and sometimes the queues were too long to get a drink. The hotel need to look at a self service system for soft drinks, tea and coffee during the day. The Elba cocktail was my favourite.  The  measures are generous and alot of branded drinks are included. 

The hotel was very clean and the staff do work really hard however there are not enough of them, this was a big problem at lunchtime in the main restaurant where you often had to wait too long for drinks, you couldn't even get water, again the hotel could look at soft drinks being self service.

During the stay we were entitled too 1 visit to one of the two a la carte restaurants. We chose the steak one. We were really looking forward to this, however it turned out to be the worse meal of the whole holiday. We were given a menu and the waitress was very impatient with us wanting to know what we wanted even though we explained we hadn't a chance to look at the menu properly. The starter was a self service buffet which consisted of slightly frozen tasteless quiche, pate, crisps and bread rolls. Hardly a la carte !! For our main course we ordered ribs and veal. The ribs were suppose to be in a sticky sauce but they weren't and were very overcooked and impossible to cut any meat off them. They were served with overcooked veg.  The veal wasn't veal and was dry. Neither if us could eat the meals. For dessert there was suppose to be creme brulee and cheesecake, neither were available. We ended up walking out of the restaurant having had hardly anything to eat. 

The location of the hotel is great and you can easily walk into Playa Blanca or you can get a taxi for 4 euros. 

Overall I would recommend and come back but the management need to look at employing more staff and if you are advertising an a la carte restaurant then ensure that it is !
