Hotel was very good but food  was beter  ,taxi was fairly cheap right to the door needs more reminders about no smoking and enforce the no saveing rule , rooms very clean the grounds are kept very good.Dide not like having to give room No whenyou got a drink even  when ALL INC

Room: Junior Suite with Sea View - No:159 - All inclusive

Stayed for 11Nights in the Junior Suite, you get a glass bottle of water in the room and 4x coffee pods. (these are not replensihed daily, but was replesnished "once" after 7days) you can buy 10x for 5 euros from reception. its real let down having to buy these, it should be included with the room price, even if they only replenished 2 each day.
There is a mini fridge in the room which does as it should and keeps things ice cold! 
A Safe for which there is no exrta charge! (Small things like these make all the differance)
Aircon in the room was great, there are 2 units, one in the bedroom and one in the living area with the sofa bed & table.
Terrace had 2x Sunbeds 2x chairs and a table, along with a pull out cloths line, this got sun from sunrise untill around 3:30PM
Bathroom was dated, it did have a rainfall shower over the bath but was in need of descaling as the water streams was all over the place, the plastic surround on the bath tap was badly broken on the underside and really needs to be replaced. (I did forgot to mention this as is wasn't major isssue at the time)
With these rooms you also get access to the privilege lounge which is located next to the spa & gym (on the floor below us) we used this once and although it had a great selection of branded glass bottled drinks which you could help yourself too, we never really used this as you couldn't take these out of the room.

The main pool is much larger then the photos and is a saltwater so no strong smell of chemicals here! No inflatables are allowed in this pool with exception for swiming aids like armbands and swiming rings for the children.
The 2nd pool located in the annex area which is more themed towards children do allow this though so all is not lost. It does help keep the area around the main pool a nice chilled out area to relex in.
There is kids/baby pool located next to the main one, though this is really small and very cold when compared to the main pool.
Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, people reserve sunbeds with there towels just like most places even though this is not allowed. We did notice that this was only enforced once with every ones towels folded and placed on the wall next to the beds. I and understand why people get annoyed with this but should only really be enforced during the peak periods from July onwards, as there was no shortage of sun lounges to choose from... If it was something they was going to enforce though it should be done consistenly to avoid confrontations from guests with others as we did notice this.
The poolside bar was open from 10:30 - 17:30. great selection of drinks and cocktails to choose from, you can access the choice why scanning the QR code which takes you to website with a drinks list for every bar along with the paid for extras for the branded drinks)
pool bar food was ok, it was left over breakfast items till around 12 followed by the normal burgers OR hotdogs, chips, onion rings.Always a choice of cheese and meats, with bread and sweet treats. Best of all though was the pizza! The pizza in the pool bar and the dining area is amazing and they should really get behind this more!

Breakfast was decent, loads of fruit and cereal options along with bread ect.
Eggs of all kinds, and fried eggs are made in front of you.
always beans and some kind of potato being either hashbrowns, potato swirls and cubed potatoes, along with bacon. Sausages are just hotdogs and are just boring with no taste...No british type sausages here! They did have black pudding on one occasion if that suits your tastes.
Lunch/evening meals was great at times and not so great at other times.
Nice rice dishs good meats with pork and veal, Whole salmon cut in front of you. 
Choices of Sushi was also available on most days which was good. 
Great Selection of desserts and all the cake type ones was great, the ones in the plastic cups was really hit and miss though.
Ice cream station was amazing with a choice of sauces to choose from along with sprinkle, glace cherries and sweets to top it with!
i had one bad experience with lunch where i was served raw chicken directly from the chef who was cooking chicken skewers at the time, i guess this was down to mistake as my partner got some which was perfectly cooked. ( it was just as it open for lunch at 1pm so was not busy)
I did not casue a fuss over this as i know mistakes happen and i was intrested to see how the staff would treat this so i left this on my plate clearly visable to waiting staff, one of the wait staff took my plate not long after and they noticed that the chicken was not cooked and went right to tell the chef this. This for me was enough to satisfy that they take food safety seriously so great work from the waiting staff!

The Kids mini club they hold 2x sessions every day from 11:00-12:30 & 15:00-16:30
my daugther loved this and could not wait to go, we even had ensure we got back from the market one day to make sure she could go! They made crafts, sand bottles play games which they can win "Certificates" and medals for, great soft play area inside the mini club. There is also a evening disco for the kids which starts at 20:45 and finishes between 21:15-21:30 was normally towards the later end of this.
The day time entertainment is great, and involes darts, rifle shooting, pistol shooting, archary,crazy golf just to name a few, with "Certificates" being handed out to the winners which included a bottle a of cava for the winners! 
The 4x staff members that managed the above are all amazing and are by far some of the best we have ever seen, they are a real credit to the hotel.
The guy who runs the restaurant for breakfast and in the evening is great, directing you too tables with the upmost efficiency and always with a smile, great guy!
to be fair though all the staff was amazing and couldn't fault them at all.

Having to say your room number when ording drinks from the bars is really annoying and ruines the experiance for an all inclusive. They have blue bands for half board and purple bands for all inclusive, this should be enough for staff to tell the differance.
You can buy branded water bottles (8euro and they are really good!) from the hotel reception, but i feel that these should be included in all the Junior suite rooms to add to that level of "premium" even if they included the cost of the bottle in the price of room! More branded bottles out there the better in my eyes.
2x single beds pushed together should just be made into a double by default, seems a little silly having to request this (we didn't even request this as did not even know it was an option, only know after reading other reviews!)

Overall we had a great holiday here and will be coming back again with even more of the family!

Decent Hotel, Will be returning again!

After a disappointing start due to the room my agent booked the hotel sorted without a fuss.  Staff were really helpful and friendly.  Hotel very clean, a small spa with a selection of pools and treatments.  The full body massage was amazing.  Always a good selection of food available.  Fantastic pianist one night.  All in all a great week and I would certainly recommend this hotel.  I stayed in room 570 and this is the amazing view from balcony.

Lovely week with friends

We had a fantastic chilled week at this hotel. Just what we needed. Lovely to be able to walk along the coastal path to the marina and take a shuttle to dorada beach. Taxi to playa blanca was inexpensive. The food was tasty and there was quite a lot choice for a buffet. We were happy. The room was nice and beds comfortable. Not a hotel for a party animal

Great chilled week at the Mirador

We stayed as a family here for a week and had a lovely stay and would return in the future. 

Pros-
Very clean hotel 
Good quality food always cooked well 
Some of the best selection of branded drinks on an all inclusive and not watered down like some places. 
The best entertainment I’ve seen in a hotel especially the magician. 
Most of the staff were very friendly & helpful
All inclusive very good value for money 
Nice coastal sea views
Good layout 

Cons-
The kids entertainment staff are some of the worst I’ve come across, they don’t know how to interact or speak with children & don’t get involved with them like at other hotels, especially the male one who looks like he’s walked straight out of the mafia. Kids disco was a bit of a let down some nights because of this. 
During our stay the kids pool was closed on 2 separate occasions due to someone pooing in the pool, because of this it was closed for the full 2 days. Not ideal however not really the hotels fault. 
Location is a little far out from playa blanca so would need to Taxi if issues walking. 

If ever back in lanzarote would return to this hotel and will look at other livvo hotels in the future.

Lovely hotel
