Your hotel really is our second home from the moment we got to our room it was amazing thankyou so much for our bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our 10 year anniversary 🙂 the room was lovely receptionists so welcoming bar staff amazing the food was out of this world also the food at the pool was brilliant we honestly have no idea why people moan on all inclusive in the hotel  the food was really outstanding and the drinks options were great we have worked in hotels for about 14-15 years and my wife and I can categorically say this is the BEST hotel we've ever been to ypu and your team should be so proud of your hotel and we will be booking again next year

Food: There was a variety of food and something for everyone, A La Carte was worth the visit!

Experience: We really enjoyed our holiday and thank the manager for taking us in upon arrival to explain he understood our sons needs and gave us options of adaptions he could make and any other requests.

We felt listened to and this made our holiday more enjoyable.

The children love the outside theatre on in an evening by reception and all staff have an understanding of disabilities and are approachable and friendly.

Just back from a week all inclusive here as a family of 4. Lovely hotel and very clean. Rooms were great and very spacious. The room we had was ground floor, opening patio door right onto the children's pool, which was great for our young kids. We spent most of our time around the childrens pools as my kids loved spending their time there, we went to the deaper pool a few times to let our daughter swim. Food was ok, the normal for all inclusive. Cocktail list average, maybe could have had more of a selection. Kids food selection wasn't the best, my 2 lived off chips and pizza for a week. Could have had more of a childrens selection in the restaurant. Especially if you have fussy eaters like my 2. Beach and shops weren't far from the hotel which was ideal. To get to the main strip, we jumped in a taxi which only cost €5 as it was about a 30 min walk, with 2 kids under 5 and hate walking far the taxi was the best for us. Night entertainment was good, but did start at 2130 which some nights we felt was late with families with young kids. Children entertainment seemed good, my kids didnt want to take part. First time in Lazarote, overall we as a family had a great week here.

Fab Holiday!

We are a group of six, 4 adults and 2 children one week in to a 10 night stay. 

The hotel is spacious and never feels too busy, this may be because of the design with 4 separate pools but it works well.
There is no race for sunbeds, with very little reservation on a morning. 

The two highlights of the hotel for us were the entertainment team, they went above and beyond, we're full of enthusiasm and really got people involved and seemed to work all hours, particularly Anas, and our daughters favourite Jennifer in kids club. 
The only issue was the entertainment started quite late for younger children. 

The second highlight was the cleanliness of the hotel, it really is immaculate. 

The only other slight issue was the food which was slightly repetitive and would benefit from theme nights or slight variation but no different to other all inclusive holidays. 

Rancho Texas and Puerto Del Carmen were 5-7 euro taxi rides and bars and restaurants locally and easy walk.

Family Friendly and Spotless Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay. Aequora is a nice place with zones only for adults where you can relax. Staff was extremely nice and helpful and we also spent good time with the animators team (Bartek in particular who provided amazing beach yoga sessions!). The food was tasty and varied.

Great summer holidays
