The various shopping facilities and entertainment venues in the lively centre can be reaced within only a few minutes on foot. A bus stop may be found only 600 m from the hotel

This one-storey hotel was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises a total of 67 apartments. Guests may make use of the pool and garden area, a spacious foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, hire safes and an Internet corner. There is also a cosy bar, a TV room and a restaurant with a separate non-smoking area to be found within the hotel. Bicycle rental is also on offer to guests.

In the hotel grounds, there is a freshwater swimming pool, a snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
