General view

I had an amazing time with my partner, the food was better than we initially thought because reviews were up and down. Cocktails are really good!!! Such friendly staff and very accommodating especially Robby who works on the bar he gave excellent service throughout our whole stay there. I would definitely recommend this to couples who are looking for a cheap getaway. 

Rooms are slightly dated but a rooms a room & they get cleaned every other day.

Lovely sea views!

The area is great as there’s lots to do & a nice small beach which is a 15 minute walk with restaurants and bars also. It’s a 5€ taxi into the strip too if you’re looking for a party night with abit more atmosphere,the hotel will book for you if you ask. 
I would definitely come back here! Thank you for a great week :)

Cheap and cheerful!

I'm alway excited when I arrive at a new place as I never know what to expect. The reception area was nice and clean and tidy and the staff was friendly and helpful, which always puts me at ease,
As the room wasn't ready, I managed to find the bar by the pool and had a few drinks before going to the room.
On the whole, I thought the place was excellent value. The food was good, the rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were helpful and the location wasn't too bad, although the long uphill walk back from the beach was a killer!
I would go back to this place.

Avoid avoid avoid 
I read the reviews before we arrived and thought it was just snobby people complaining about cheap buffet food but when we arrived we instantly regretted booking this hotel the food was stone cold we had no hot water for two days so couldn’t even shower 
My son is autistic and there was nothing for children whatsoever apart from chips and even they was either half cooked or cold 
Then the third night I thought great there was chicken burgers something my son would eat but soon as he took a bite out of it the meat inside was definitely not chicken 
Next the pool one thing my son could enjoy it was clean but the childrens area was tiny but I wouldn’t say the bigger pool is safe for children as it’s far too deep 
We booked a 9 night stay and this hotel ruined are holiday we paid for all inclusive and ended up paying out more money cuz the food was so bad 
The room was cleaned once since we arrived last Saturday and we left today and I couldn’t have been more happier to return home and I have been bitten endlessly on my back due to bed bugs 
This hotel need some serious work with the kitchen and the food and cleaning of the rooms 
We will definitely not return here again and I wouldn’t advice families with young children to come here as there is nothing suitable for them to do 
If you are considering going to this hotel I would advice not going all inclusive as food is cold and alcohol is watered down 
And If we had spare money we would have left this dump the moment we arrived 
Good luck if you do go you will definitely need it lol

Avoid awful place

Listen to the negative reviews !!!

I'm the leave a positive review or let people try it for themselves type but I'm making an exception here .

I've never gone anywhere on holiday and wanted to go home, massively disappointed an expensive mistake.

We have stayed at 3* before and found criticism to be a little harsh, but not here they were unfortunately right.
There were so many people arriving and sat talking by the pool about how upset they were with the rooms and the food. Customers asking for a refund and to get moved , us included, I've never slept so little on vacation, miserable.

It has NO AIR-CONDITIONING, 
and those rooms are hot, opening the doors cools them down a bit if it's windy but they soon get hot with them shut.
Other branches of the same hotel do have air-conditioning, we couldn't get moved.

The rooms;
 outdated and not in a charming way,
Thin walls! Enough said.
It's too hot to sleep, the beds squeak if you move a tiny amount.
There was sticky stuff on the bedroom curtains and spattered marks on the bottom.
If you rent a fan for €20 the cord is too short to put on the bedroom table and have it oscillating, rendering it pretty useless.

The pool;
 the pool is nice,
2m deep, and has a 1m deep kids section, it's the nicest thing in this hotel.
There are not enough and several frustratingly broken sunbeds with......
NO PARASOLS !! 
So no shade for relaxing around the pool, people covering the selves with a towel for shade.
I've never been anywhere where they don't have parasols for the sunbeds !
(The place is windy yes, but other hotels and the beach have them)
If you want shade you can sit under the canopy by the bar, with all the smokers, just what you want when you are pregnant, and have an Asthmatic partner.

bar;
Most the barmen are friendly, the one who 'greets' you before you can say hello with "what do you want" could rethink his approach!

The beach;
 is a 25 min very steep winding walk, not for those with mobility restrictions!
Or a 5 min €4 taxi each way.

There's a couple of spar shops nearby.

The food;
Bland, poor choice , awful,
we paid for all inclusive, very disappointed with the range of food choices, we gave up and paid to eat out just to have something recognisable and with flavour, adding €200+ each  to our spend , good for the local economy I guess. 
Evening meal you can have all the carbs !!
Chips, mash, boiled potatoes, sliced potatoes rice , Canarian potato, pasta , usually two types of bland fish and one meat option, varies by night , sometimes there's lasagna , two types of sauce for your ample choice of carbohydrates! Cheese sauce and salsa.
They had so much waste from the repeat options  that people weren't eating e.g. "rice salad" and such. Waste is money they should ask guests what they want.
It was so basic some days the evening availability had only one meat option and it was veal in an unappetising  sauce, 
Lunch is pretty similar to dinner,
You'll be fine if you like chips and bread every day.
breakfast has the best options.

The coffee machine available with food only at breakfast.
They had an ice cream machine .... That worked for one hour of dinner the whole time we were there.

We booked through "On the beach" 
£625 for 10 days, we're so disappointed.

The management and reception personnel tried to get us moved to another branch and we could pay the difference but In the end they couldn't, thanks for trying.

This place needs updating badly, the rooms look very 70's , but your only there to sleep, if only that was possible, 
Renting a fan for €20 didn't really help.
You can't expect people on the ground floor to sleep with the windows and doors open to stay cool, it's not safe and it's too loud , but it's  your only option to stay cool and get an hour's sleep.

Noise;
It's so loud !! after the bar shuts for the night, there are signs to say quiet after 11pm but it's not enforced here.
This hotel is popular with stag doo's ,
and  also school groups who stay here  and  get their own section of the restaurant with spare tables you can't sit in (but the kids are allowed to roam by themselves at night and keep you awake sounds fair ! ) 
so you have to wait for "food"!

I wouldn't stay here , I didn't want to stay. Should have listened to the reviews.

Just got back. had a great holiday. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were dated but comfortable.  Beds were comfortable.  Rooms cleaned every other day. Food was OK. Buffet style. Always something to choose from. Great full English breakfast. 😀
