Just back from a great week in the Montana  Club Suite Hotel in Lanzarote. We were in one of the refurbished apartments (224) and it was done very well - spotlessly clean with a great layout. We had opted for bed and breakfast and would like to say a particular thank you to the lady who served us Tuesday to Friday, she was so friendly and cooked lovely breakfasts for us (apologies we didn’t catch her name, but she also manned the reception on the Saturday). The location of the hotel is perfect - in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen, but because it’s three streets back from the front, it’s so quiet at night. The only issue we found was the sun loungers - they could really do with upgrading them as they were a bit tired and some had broken back adjusters. We would absolutely recommend Montana Club and would not hesitate to return in the future.

A great find

I stayed in room 113 got back yesterday evening the 9th June 24 cannot fault the hotel one bit lovely place quiet and very friendly throughout from the staff can’t do enough for you you all work so so hard great location spar down the road lots of bars restaurants or simply just a stroll along the beach the choice is yours definitely be back at some point

Great place

Arrived about 9.00pm and the gentleman running the bar was very helpful and even carried a case to our room. We were in the refurbished side and have to say it was spot on with everything reqd for self catering,air con,UK tv channels and clean. 5 mins walk to the strip for food and entertainment and the supermarket 2 minutes away was very handy.  A bar for food and drink on site at the hotel if reqd and two fine sized pools .only slight fault is as someone else pointed out? Sunbeds can do with an update. Anyway thanks to all at the hotel for a great stay.

Week in the sun

Awful . The room is awful when we checked in we had a view of the bins and the bar . Not very happy but after speaking to people on a local site decided to give benefit of doubt . Went shopping came back to the room to put the food away and found a dirty overflowing bin in the cupboard 🤢 . Then we went out and came back and saw the pull out bed . The sofa part is like a brick and the pull out bit sits on the floor with a thin creaky mattress even my 7 year old granddaughter wouldn't sleep on . We have decided to move to another apartment tomorrow I have stayed in before but come here in the day to use the pool etc as we have paid for it we will use it as a base but sleep somewhere  else . Also only 2 plugs in the whole apartment and one you have to pull the headboard away from the wall to reach 😂 air con is good though.

Awful apartment  ! Dirty and beds appalling condition .

Very clean room and pool area. Excellent air conditioning. Great hardworking and friendly staff. The bar serves good drinks and food. Our ground floor room did not have a veranda (it was more of a walk way) which was a shame but our parent’s room did so we had to share that. The only real complaint we have is that some of the other guests, one family in particular, were rather rude with children misbehaving and swearing around the pool, while roughly throwing their ball in the direction of others trying to relax. When guests spoke up about the behaviour they got back chat from the children and a very intoxicated grandad made violent threats. Not ideal on holiday. We’ve stayed here several times before and have never experienced this so hope it was a one off. Guests threatening others should really be made to leave the accommodation. The weather was amazing and the apartments are ideally located.

Clean, well situated apartments

The complex is located in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, 500 m from the popular beach, in a peaceful setting. The complex features a restaurant-pool bar with satellite TV, some shops and a reception. In the 1-bedroom apartments with sofa bed can sleep up to 4 people and the 2-bedroom apartments can sleep up to 6 people. Both have a lounge/dining area, fridge, air conditioning and a terrace or balcony. Guests are offered a freshwater swimming pool and a saltwater pool as well as a snack bar. There is a children's swimming area and spacious terraces for sunbathing and relaxing. Sports enthusiasts may play billiards or snooker. A seasonal entertainment programme for adults rounds off the offerings.
