An excellent place to stay. Very friendly staff. Location was outstanding. Facilities were very good and always clean. Good food and drinks in the all inclusive option. Evening entertainment was amazing! Would recommend for families and couples

Fab stay in Cales de Mallorca

Not suitable for people with walking difficulties or  people with pushchairs as there are LOTS of steps!  The food was very plain and the entertainment was for small children. The pool was also smaller than expected and very shallow. The location was excellent,  the room although a little tired was clean and comfortable.  Unable to hire a mobility scooter as no charging facilities so I was unable to get out and about

Unsuitable for people with walking disabilities

Beautiful views of the sea with a short walk to Domingos beach,  the hotel is very close to the town with some good bars. The hotel room was perfect and sufficient for myself and husband, however it is not very good for those with mobility issues due to the steps to the pool and bar area. The food let this lovely hotel down, I love vegetables but couldn’t understand why they were cooked in garlic, I love garlic but not on my veg. Also where you get dropped off is also where you get picked up from, i received a txt from jet2 to go to hotel Samoa for pick up and had to run for the transfer at the spot I was dropped off at or we would have missed it. We had a lovely boat ride to Porto christo and visited the caves of drach,definitely worth a visit.
I would visit again due to the location, all the staff are very pleasant and work really hard they just need to sort the food out.

Beautiful views

DO NOT COME HERE FOR A GIRLS HOLIDAY. if you dont want to be worrying about your safety for the whole holiday avoid this hotel and area. the men in the area give off a very unsettling vibe. one of the bartenders spiked a 19 year old girl and i caught them in the bathroom - she had no idea what was going on. i had a very bad experience from a drink from a bar that the same bartender works in. a lot of the people in the area are rude to the tourists and you are made to feel very unwelcome. me and 2 other friends have had a poor experience in our time here. on the bright side the weather is lovely apart from a little rain, we have a great view of the sea and the beaches are beautiful. the food is mediocre and very hit or miss, but it could be worse. the pool is very shallow, there is one deep part, so there is lots of children in the main pool instead of the childrens pool, which means you cannot swim at all. overall i would never come to this area of mallorca again as i feel very unwelcome and very unsafe, the only nice part is the views and beaches

most unsettling holiday ever

Hotel is absolutely beautiful, beds are very comfy, staff and entertainment team are really lovely. Rooms and all areas of hotel were clean and very modern. Cleaners were very thorough and worked very hard. We booked a sea view room and I highly recommend!! The view is just amazing it’s so worth it. 

In terms of area there’s lot of shops and bars, there’s mini golf in the middle of the square (in the middle of the shops), and there’s also a little funfair on an evening for kids also near the shops. 

Food at the all inclusive was OK - expected for a 3 star hotel. They did have paella every day of our stay at lunches and it was beautiful- varied from seafood and vegetable. There was also shark for a couple of nights as well which was beautiful! The rest of the food was basic but still nice. 

The pool was lovely and could always get a sunbed. Entertainment was good - some nights the entertainment team would do a show, other nights they would hire a company to do entertainment. 

There’s direct access to the promenade where you can walk along the sea and find multiple beaches- all of which are beautiful and have lifeguards. There is also a lifeguard at the pool everyday. 

Overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel the location is just amazing and you can’t beat it.

Amazing views and amazing location.

The hotel is located in Calas de Mallorca, a small resort in the south east part of the island. Nearby are many beautiful beaches, with spectacular views, as well as small and authentic fishing villages, supplementing the benefits of this relatively unknown area with tourists, but most popular choice for everyday and holiday.The hotel offers a spacious terrace with amazing sea views. Welcoming public areas, salon games. The complex offers the facilities focused on children.
