Superb all inclusive hotel/resort. Staff were brilliant, as were all the facilities. Food was fantastic (Mexican night was our favourite). Can’t fault anything about the hotel bar perhaps being more understanding at availing of an extra meal on the day of our checkout free of charge as we arrived far later than expected due to delays. Overall I highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere in Mallorca!

Fantastic holiday

Booked and payed for this holiday for myself and my mom as this was her first time abroad and wanted to treat her for her first time. This is my 11th holiday abroad and have never written a trip advisor review however I felt it needed to be done due to very poor experience.  On arrival which was very late after 12am, staff weren’t very welcoming and looked like they’d rather we didn’t arrive. Upon waking up, me and my mom made our way downstairs to the pool. There were absolutely no sun loungers but plenty of them were covered with beach towels that weren’t being used. We noticed the signs saying you couldn’t reserve sunbeds, so I asked the receptionist if they could be removed, wasn’t helpful at all and dismissed me. We booked an all inclusive stay, but certain things you had to pay for such as cocktails??? Food was edible, was very boring, same meals over and over again. Staff were not friendly at all, they would never smile at you or say hello. The only nice staff we experienced were the entertainment and lifeguards. Most days there was no music by the pool. Oh and they cut your all inclusive wristbands off at 12pm regardless of whether you have a very late transfer (I have never experienced this in any of my 10 trips). Overall, very poor, shouldn’t be a 4 star as advertised. I was very disappointed for my mom as I said this was her first holiday abroad. Wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I would in fact advise people not to stay here. 

Very disappointing

Brilliant family holiday overall & views are breathtaking, all rooms benefitted from the seaview.
Food was good but not a lot of choice for kids and became a bit repetitive. Paella at the snack bar was amazing!
Pool was cleaned everyday, but doesn’t open until 10am. They did have multiple lifeguards while it was open which was a great addition.
Could not fault the entertainment team -Letti and Maria are brilliant at what they do, along with all the bar staff.
Rooms were clean and were as expected and had everything we needed.
Short walk to the beach and the massive market square with loads of bars, shops and restaurants.
We would return to this hotel in the future.

Great family holiday

I have pretty low expectations for an all inclusive food and drink wise - this hotel didn’t even meet them. Also some quirks you should know ahead of visiting: 

1. Lounger wars are extreme with around 90% of them reserved before 6am. Also if you rearrange some for your family the maintenance man re-orders them all back to how they were before 8am 😂

2. You have to hire a kettle (£10) but you can take some coffee sachets from the buffet and get milk from the bars. 

3. You have to hire your pool towels (£10 each) You also have to pay £1 every time you want a clean one and that’s daily as the floor round the pool is filthy. 

4. The pools don’t open until 10am (late most days) and shut at 7pm. 

5. There is no air con in the gym 😰

The rooms are very dirty, you get clean towels and sheets daily but no additional wipe down or floor clean done - would recommend you being slippers 🥴

Breakfast as usual is the better of the 3 buffets, salad and meat selection is poor. The snack bar is ok but there’s only so much pizza, chips burgers you can eat.  

Drinks are dodgey, you can buy branded spirits at an all inclusive price but otherwise is local non branded. That being said, I haven’t queued for a drink for longer than a minute at any time. 

Location is decent, 10 minute walk away is a square with some nice restaurants (taSte and Masala being the best 2 in my opinion) also you can get a bus there to the busier bit for £4.50. 

Entertainment is really good both in the day and the evening.
