Pool

Was a lovely hotel, close to the strip, bars and beach, our bathroom was clean but appalling smell coming from the drains, bedding not changed once whilst we were there and room was cleaned to an average standard, not much choice at the buffet if you don’t like fish. 

My sister booked this hotel and we just booked on for a holiday, the island was absolutely beautiful obviously a party island which was expected! The hotel was lovely pools very big can not use inflatables though which is a shame, the rooms was big and lovely could do with a better clean. Overall lovely hotel very noisy on the night time with the amount of youngsters coming back in morning, but we had a lovely week lovely hotel 

One week stay with a toddler

I booked this hotel with my friends and my 19 month old toddler as it was advertised as family friendly and a baby pool was advertised!

If you enjoy sleep on your holiday or are travelling with children avoid at all costs, we complained every night regarding noise levels. Balconies were filled with people singing/screaming and banging around untill 6:30am! The hotel hire BCM nightclub representatives that go around trying to get people to buy their tickets to events and we heard them encouraging others to meet in groups and ‘pre party’ and ‘after party’ at the hotel! 

I had been to Majorca the previous year with my toddler and stayed in the (HSM Atlantis) and had no problems with noise and the hotel were ontop of everything. I appreciate that it’s a destination part goers enjoy and that’s okay but this hotel needs to be rebranded as a party hotel only! 

I would hate for family’s with young children to book and be heavily disappointed.

Not a family friend hotel.

A group of us stayed here for a beach holiday.

The hotel itself is very nice.

The location is great, near the sea front.

Also close to big BCM nightclub and the main strip for the bars.

The bed was ok, the food was pretty good breakfast was the best for sure.

Some of the staff just get on with their work and don’t talk, but with some of the people staying and how rude and loud they are you can see why.

We expected noise from a certain kind of holidaymakers and there was a lot around, however we still did our own thing and had a fun holiday.

Felt safe here, liked the location, would stay again.

Nice hotel, fun bars, wall to wall sunshine

We were excited to stay in this hotel as it was advertised to us a group of young girls excited to go out to Magaluf for a party holiday that this hotel would be lively and fun, it was the opposite it was quiet all the time no music or drinking alcohol by the pool even having the music on a low volume, which ended in the mood of the holiday having a dampener on, didn’t find staff very inviting either which was a shame, if you are looking for a party fun hotel with a good vibe I wouldn’t suggest staying here!

Not the best
