Does the job. Not noisy really either, basic but for a week away in Majorca I’d recommend. Solo rooms could sleep two if your a couple easy. Middle of the night might have a little noise but it’s fun to watch and not that it woke me up, I was awake it was the hotel opposite

The hotel is literally on Magaluf strip, booked through jet2 and was listed as palnanova, wouldn’t recommend if you actually want to sleep, people having parties / playing loud music in there rooms until 5am, complained to reception but nothing was done, then have the maids knocking and coming into the room continuous from 9am. Food was typical rubbish hotel food. Definitely won’t be back!

Don’t bother if you actually want to sleep!

I had a wonderful stay for just over a week in what is a good looking 3 star hotel.  I am reviewing a 3 star hotel that stands proud over one end of the Magaluf Strip.  I therefore did not expect this to be a 5 star hotel at the quiet end of one of the 4 Calvia beaches. Being a traditional 3 star hotel there is a chargeable drinks menu at H/B dinner that includes for bottles of water - this is quite normal for the type!! Like most buffets the food is not really hot enough but options did change each night (a wide but weird mix of options). The quality looking décor makes for some great backgrounds for selfies & socials but it is a small lobby & pool in reality.  5G in the resort is very fast yet the hotel still offers free reliable fast wifi too. The room was small but had everything I wanted other than a fridge. I really enjoyed my stay at what I knew was a 3 star hotel in a potentially very noisy end (the noise  I noticed didn't come from the strip but what seemed to be a resort club workers accommodation building behind the hotel pool at 6am. One warning though, Torrenova is a hilly rock between 2 beaches and the hotel is only accessed via steep stairs or ring road.

Stayed for a week for my 40th birthday, was sold the holiday as the hotel being in Palma Nova. It’s right on Magaluf strip, the noise is horrendous so pop into one of the supermarkets to buy earplugs. 

Rooms were adequate enough for what we wanted, two single beds, maids tend to knock/walk in about 9am but will come back if you ask them. Noticed the shower leaked all over floor. 

No entertainment in the hotel whatsoever, bar closes at 9:30pm (roughly), loved the beds around the pool although the material gets scorching in the heat. 

Room cards stopped working three times during the week we stayed, kept having to come down from the 4th floor to have them reprogrammed but this wasn’t too much of a hassle in the grand scheme of things.

Family holiday for 40th birthday

Was sold this hotel as being in Palma Nova, booked for a relaxing break as a couple. The hotel is situated on the end of the magaluf strip. Do not recommend for couples/families- party holidays only. 
Aircon is not reliable, was moved rooms on the first day as the aircon didn’t work.
Breakfast is below satisfactory, food is cold.
The pool was closed on our last day due to ‘cleaning outside area’ - this didn’t need to take all day. 
Woke up every night by loud noise, music or shouting, would recommend earplugs. Complained to reception about our neighbours throwing a party at 5am, nothing was done. 
If you aren’t planning on staying up till 6am partying, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Families and couples avoid!

Situated in the heart of the vibrant holiday resort of Magaluf, known for its non-stop nightlife, this hotel is a perfect location to spend a sun and fun-filled holiday. The large sandy beach and a plethora of bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shops are just a few steps away. Attractions such as Marineland Mallorca or the Western Waterpark are within easy reach, Palma is just a short drive away.
