THB Mirador

Staff were rude. Roadworks were carried out throughout the night making it hard to sleep. The cooked breakfast was very sloppy and not warm. 
Did not feel welcomed. The spa pool was out of order.
Would not visit again.

Not very welcoming. Poor facilities.

Booked this hotel with jet2citybreaks & we picked it due to central location. 15 mins walk to the cathedral & old town. Hotel very clean & room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us. Comfy beds & nice powerful shower plus double sink. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choice. Our room (305) did have a good view of the harbour. Very helpful staff who gave really good explanation of where things are located & happy to ring taxis for us if needed. Taxis always came quickly & were metered. We were slightly disturbed on 2 x nights by people gathering on the steps next to the hotel. Not the hotels fault & they weren’t doing anything wrong it’s more of the design that makes any noise travel. Palma is a beautiful city with lots of lovely bars & restaurants - would def love to visit again.

Central hotel perfect for a Girls trip

What a lovely hotel! The layout is a little quirky, with lots of lifts going to random floors, but the rooms are lovely, very clean and welcoming. We had a great view over the marina - a balcony with two sun beds, two chairs and a table, and the added bonus of a hot tub, right there on the balcony! What a bonus! The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and we couldn’t have been happier! The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choices and constantly refreshed. The hotel isn’t in the centre of Palma, but it is only a 15/20 minute walk away along the marina front, so it was all good. A big thank you to all the reception staff we interacted with during g our stay - nothing was too much trouble, they were so helpful and accommodating. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked lovely, and we used the spa facilities to freshen up before our late flight home. There are roadworks ongoing along the front, but we weren’t bothered at all. All in all, a lovely stay!

Lovely hotel, fabulous staff!

The hotel is in a great location opposite the Marina, pool very small and only a handful of sun loungers, when we went it was fairly quiet don't know how the pool would cope when busy. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from, room was nice but located at side of stairs which took you up to the next street and we had no sleep because of the noise  so avoid room looking onto outside stairs.

Good hotel, perfect location.

The hotel was spotless, the room was more than big enough for myself and my great nephew. We chose a sea view and it more than lived up to my expectations. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The hotel was central to walk into town and see the sights . All the staff were kind and helpful
