Pool

The hotel has to be the worst we stayed in the only thing good about it were the views.
The entertainment was on 9pm till 10pm and that was all.
There was nothing for the children to do apart from mean how bored they were.
We were 40 mins away from adeje but had a nice scenic walk.
The rooms were basic and dirty.
Rhe pool said 3 pools but was actually one pool with 3 sections.
The food....was inedible. The rice was stone cold the meat was always pork or rabbit with very limited choice. The kids selection was nuggets. Stone cold and no choice in anything.we had to eat out every meal as we just couldn't eat anything. Although we paid for all inclusive. The reps told us it was usually used for the training centrre next door and not family's. 
The friendliest people were the cleaners apart from one bar man and the male receptionist.
Never been so disappointed on a holiday..

Avoid

Just returned from an excellent stay.  Although rooms are a little dated they are very well equipped & spotlessly clean, as is the hotel. Staff are super friendly and work so hard, always with a smile, especially Daniel Lee who greeted us on our arrival with a lovely warm welcome.
The hotel is in a lovely location. La Caleta is such a pretty place & if like us you prefer a relaxed chilled break I would highly recommend.

Lovely chilled break

This hotel is a 2 star hotel at best. 

We arrived treated by a very pleasant male receptionist who spoke fluent English and was helpful. We had missed dinner so there was a plate of food and some fruit and 2 bottles of water waiting for us which was kind. However the food was inedible. 

The rooms and spacious but very dated which is okay as they are clean- we had a balcony with a pool view which was nice however it was very noisy into the night when your trying to sleep and with no air conditioning you have to sleep with door open it wasn’t ideal. 

The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of beds you do have the usual sun beds with towels some from as early as 5am (get a grip). There are umbrellas but you have to be early to get one of those. 

Pool/snack bar the food is not okay and it’s expensive you also have to wait forever to be served as there is always only 1 staff. 

You have to add anything purchased onto your room and pay at the end you don’t get a receipt so anyone could give your room number and it’s your responsibility to pay it there is a lot of room for error. 

The food is inedible it’s actually disgusting we were HB and honestly the foot was terrible. 

The views are outstanding and honestly it is the only thing the hotel has going for it. 

A taxi into playa de las Americas is roughly €22 euro each way 

A taxi to Adeje is €15 euro each way. 

There isn’t much round about the hotel so venturing is a must. 

All in all I’m glad we were only there for 5 days as it wasn’t the best experience.

2 star at best - food is awfull

Sadly our 2 week holiday ended not so well at the hotel which spoilt the trip. I paid my room tab at reception, in cash, halfway through the holiday in order to not be faced with a larger bill at the end of the stay.  When I went to clear the bill on the final night the 80 euros I paid had not been removed. I had no receipt of this payment, I was not given one and didn't ask, which the reception supervisor blamed me for not asking for one.  I couldn't remember the exact day and time I paid but I gave approximates so they could check the CCTV. The male receptionist who I paid was off on his holidays so was not contactable. 
They informed me on the last day that they checked CCTV and couldn't see me paying, which would have been a 1 minute transaction.  The receptionist supervisor then informed us, 2 hours before departure, that they would call the police as I hadn't paid bill in full.  Needless to say, as I had already paid the remaining weeks bill, I didn't want the stress of a police interview, with my young kids there.  So I paid the 80...again.
I would like the hotel to review the CCTV more thoroughly to find my cash payment and reimburse me but sadly I suspect this won't happen. We won't be back to this hotel as I don't believe the hotel treats transactions honestly and with transparency. 
Please note, other reception staff were lovely and helped with a few minor issues during the stay.

Honest is not their best policy

Stayed for a week with my parents and our 5yo, 2yo and 6mo. The hotel is very basic, rooms are spacious and mostly clean. Views of the ocean are fantastic. Gives a cheap and cheerful feel without being actually cheap. 
Food is not great but it got better as our week went on. One barman who was on the inside bar most nights was terrible. Instead of putting slushie in the machine for the kids to buy they put lime slush that they add to cocktails instead of making them properly. I asked him on the 2nd night could he make me a real mojito with no slushie and he just said no. I replied, no? And he said no again. Bad attitude and bad bar man. We found most bar staff were not good. Pints with either no head on them or a third of the cup was a head! 
Roxanne who heads the kids entertainment is great, she could use some other people in a team but she’s great at her job. She ran the kids disco two nights when my kids were the only pair there! Thanks Roxanne! Same for the lady who does the yoga/water aerobics, lovely girls! There really isnt much else for kids though, the games room is a pool table and a football machine, no grab machines for toys or any arcade game like machines. Reception staff and cleaners all very friendly. 
The hotel is in a good location if you want to spend time in LaCaleta, lovely coastal walks with nice restaurants, mostly catering to couples or older folks. No kid friendly restaurants and no bars. Very unlike the strip in Fanabe/Las Americas. 20mins walk to any bars in Adeje which is a nice walk but not great for smaller kids. The beaches out front are stoned beaches as opposed to sand so if you want to build a sand castle to need to walk 15 mins to the next beach. 
There is a supermarket under the hotel which is small but well equipped. Has souvenirs, fruit and veg, alcohol, even some gluten free stuff and plant based milks. There’s a spar 5mins walk which is also good.  
We enjoyed our stay however due to the lack of things to do for the kids and the distance, we wouldn’t return.

Basic, cheap & cheerful

Located just beside La Enramada Beach in the area of La Caleta in the popular holiday region of Costa Adeje, this appealing apart hotel is a favourite both among families with small children and athletes. Families love the facilities for children such as the heated children's pool, athletes prefer the Sports and Leisure Centre “Tenerife Top Training” next to the hotel. The next golf course is within 10 minutes by car.
