It is my seventh stay here and every time I know immediately why I come back again and again .
I feel at home , from the minute I am greeted at the main entrance to the minute I leave , regenerated and more at peace .
The garden landscaping is top class and so is all the staff , professional and always ready to help .
For the first time this year I did the glass workshop and loved it . 
Melissa and Rosina’s passion was contagious ! 
Good choice to turn the hotel into an only adults hotel . It was strange the first time last Xmas but am really appreciating it now .

I came here with my partner for 10 days in June and it was great. Pool area was lovely, the breakfast was great with a fantastic selection ( I recommend the omelettes), the bar and their staff were super friendly and always happy to help. It is super close to other restaurants and beaches, I recommend La Caleta for food and a beach day on the rocks.

Unfortunately when we left, I had left something of great personal and sentimental value in the hotel room. When I say the hotel did everything they could to help me (especially Arancha) from checking the room, helping me book a courier, letting me know when the package is collected and keeping the line of communication open.
They were amazing <3

Recently returned from a week here, and definitely have post-holiday blues! The welcome by the concierge on arrival was excellent - immediately took our bags, gave us cool towels, and asked us if we'd like some fizz - all SO welcome after travelling. Check-in was super simple too.
Junior suite was huge - there's a small fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, bath robes, slippers, hairdryer etc. Our balcony was quite small, but had a lovely view, and was absolutely fine for a drink in the evening, or morning coffee. Bathroom was well stocked with bits you might have forgotten, as well as the Rituals toiletries - the shower did seem to saturate the bath mat a bit, no matter which way I pointed it though!
As others have said, the grounds are just stunning. The pool is large, and we also loved all the other water features within the grounds. Sunbed reserving was a bit of a 'thing' and I agree that there are possibly not enough umbrellas - but it's a very calm and relaxing place to be, which was really important to me.
Food was lovely - we went half board. I loved the breakfasts, and the 'cold' section at dinner. The only mild criticism is that I had yet another holiday of not being able to enjoy any of the scrummy looking desserts, as I'm dairy intolerant :( They looked epic though!
Hotel entertainment isn't really my thing, but it seemed to be quite good - most importantly, it didn't go on into the early hours, so definitely didn't disturb sleep at night.
There are a lot of steps to get between the pool area and reception/the bar/restaurant - we didn't mind that, but others might. We also got up every morning and walked a 5km out and back along the seafront - it's about a 9 minute walk down to Playa del Duque. Plenty of runners and 'yompers' doing the same thing. The walk back up the hill isn't too bad, but you might not want to do it at the end of a hot day if you're not used to that kind of thing! 
All in all, we had a really really lovely time - I don't generally go back to places I've been, but this one might end up being the exception!

A wonderful week away!

The hotel is advertised as a 5* but facilities and pricing doesn’t warrant 5*. In fact Jet2 advises 4 plus which is about right.

Very clean and presented with the most friendliest of staff. Without fail they always greeted us no matter what role they did.

This is adults only which reflects the menu choice which is sophisticated.

No towel and sun lounger wars which is great.

Every review comments on the hill to walk up to the hotel. Yes there is a hill but most guests were young / middle aged couples who did not see an issue.

Live entertainment was good.

Love Costa Adeje and a very quiet location hotel meant lots of relaxation.

A wonderfully presented hotel

Not long returned home from visiting this hotel for a week, we stayed in the junior suite and was all inclusive. When arriving we were greeted by hotel staff as soon as we got out of the transfer and cases were carried in for us and taken to our room, we were welcomed with a glass of fizz. The room wasn’t ready when we got there but by the time we had lunch and familiarised ourselves with the surroundings it was tine to check in to the room. The rooms are very spacious, it was cleaned daily bathroom was restocked with clean towels, theres a mini fridge however ours didn’t get restocked so we bought out own water and pop for when we were in our rooms. The balcony isn’t that big and anyone can access it, the doors to the balcony are a bit of a faff to work but once you’ve done it it’s not too bad. One day we had no fresh towels so phoned reception they said someone would bring some down to us straight away, we waited half an hour and still no sign of towels so we phoned again and they were then bought to us about 5 minutes later. The shower was nice stocked with shampoo, body wash etc, however the drainage of the shower isn’t the best it would over flow quite a lot so had to have it on a lower pressure. As well as this one day the hotel had no water running out of taps or shower, toilet would not flush, we understand that this wasn’t the hotels problem and they couldn’t of done a lot to prevent this, it was just a inconvenience as it was off from 4pm-9pm which is the time majority people would’ve had a shower from being in the pool all day. We did contact reception and they did apologise for this and they were working to fix it however when it comes back on the water was running yellow/ orange for a while. There is also air conditioning in the rooms which worked wonders on the first day, but after day two it never worked and didn’t get fixed. The curtains in the room are very fiddly to try and close there is always a gap in between the curtains when you close them even when overlapping them they dont stay overlapped so theres always a bit of light shining through. 
There is free internet that you get given the username and password to when you check in which worked well, but some times throughout the day it was quite a weak connection but it still worked.  Different hotel staff say different things when at the lobby bar one day, we was allowed Jack Daniel’s and another day we wasn’t allowed it, as well as Malibu i had been drinking that all holiday and then on the Thursday night was told i wasn’t allowed it which was strange as on the menu it said all inclusive, but then it had changed. This is similar to the snacks and food, some things you aren’t allowed whereas others you are even when you pay all inclusive you expect everything to be included but dont be fooled because it isn’t. Snacks aren’t really snacks at the pool bar they have sandwiches, a very small portion of pasta or a small portion of salad, where as the other snacks they do are at the lobby bar are meals, we asked for just chips one day and they said no we need to have the burger with it as well they couldn’t just give us some chips. However at breakfast and dinner there was a big selection to choose from in the buffet restaurant, there is two a la carte restaurants pico negro, or casa nostra. At pico negro you can have lunch all included there but dinner you have to pay, and at casa nostra, you have one free meal there and other times you have to pay. 
The hotel is a very big place with a lot of steps to get from the top of the hotel down to the pool area, there is also lifts to help as walking back up the steps can be tiring. The pool is very big, clean and spacious, however it does really need to be refurbed we had stubbed and cut our toes on numerous occasions on the bottom of the floor the plaster/paint was peeling and constantly coming off. There is plenty of sun beds around the pool area, however there isn’t many umbrellas or tables to advocate the amount of sun beds, and as like other places, there are sun bed hogers as well as umbrellas people say they are using them when they are down and clearly not being used. The entertainment on a night time was very good a different selection each night, there is also entertainment activities going on throughout the day time but we never went to one. The entertainment is very loud on a night time normally going on till about 10.30pm which you are able to hear from your room so you may find it hard to sleep. The hotel is also located on top of a hill, there is a cut through half way down which you can cut through with your room key, however none of the staff communicated this to us we found out about it ourselves which was useful as it can get quite tiring walking back up the hill as it is quite steep. Overall the hotel is generally very clean and spacious, we havent had a single bad word to say about the staff they are very polite and friendly you are able to have a lot of conversations with them. We had a good time but we wont be returning.
