Pool

Having just returned from our stay in these apartments there are plenty of positives to say about the complex.Every where is well maintained and and very clean.The pool area in particular is spotless.
The staff are all friendly in particular the reception staff are excellent.I need to single out Federico who is a real asset to the reception team and was extremely helpful when we needed to change apartments on arrival.
Some slight negatives,the apartments are dated but the main issue is a poorly equipped kitchen.Our apartment was for 4 so odd to find 3 of everything ie crockery and cutlery? We had 2 wine glasses and 2 small glasses.This meant we were constantly washing up as running out of dishes!There were no kitchen basics eg scissors,peeler etc and 1 huge saucepan 1 small.I think this could easily be rectified.
I need to say there are a lot of steps in the complex.156 to our original upper apartment which we had to change..beware if you have mobility issues!

Positives and negatives

Staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.  The difference between good service and exceptional service is when you have an issue and how it is dealt with. 

The hotel communal areas and our spacious room were very clean. We had bedroom, lounge, kitchen/diner, bathroom with double sinks. 

Located  Close to bars, restaurants and supermarket but without any noise interference.

Would stay here again, especially due to the super friendly service from Francesca and her team.

Very friendly staff

This hotel was a lifesaver to us on our stay in Tenerife in May 2024.
At 10pm one evening we were trawling through the streets of Los Cristianos after leaving a hotel we had pre booked due to how terrible it was.
We turned up at the hotel at the reception staff were nothing short of amazing.
They apologised that we had a rough time but they had availability and could stay there.
They couldn’t do enough. The room was beautiful, very spacious and very clean.
We had a slight issue with the air-con but somebody came straight out and sorted it out. It is quiet and the people are very pleasant.
We had bed and breakfast, there isn’t a large choice at breakfast but the food is lovely and all of the staff are so friendly and helpful.
We have booked again to come here next month but the hotel was nothing short of amazing!

Incredible!

Great self catering appts with everything you need . Plenty of bars , restaurants and supermarkets nearby . 15 minute walk to the seafront . Fredrico at reception was very friendly , efficiant and and a pleasure to deal with but one of the ladies was sooooo slow with everything it was painful .

The hotel apartment we staying was very tired and very dated. The beds were hard and extremely uncomfortable.there have been several repairs to the room over the years none which were very good.
There were lots of broken or missing slats in the vents in the internal walls.
But worst thing of all the occasional smell of sewage.

Not great and smelly
