Do not do the same mistake we did. We didn’t even stop in this hotel one night, we was there three hours and booked in the south, this hotel is north of the island, very little English and the Spanish barely understand what you are saying, if you are a first timer you need to be south of the island not the North, also found the staff at this hotel not helpful in the slightest. North of the island seems really run down, the south is really nice and is the place to be “for a holiday”

Don’t stop in the south.

Usually I don’t write reviews but I felt that on this occasion I should. We stayed for two weeks. The service was exceptional. The food and drinks were of good quality with a decent variety. 

All of the staff gave service of a high quality but I would like to give a special mention to: Miranda and Augustino who supported us throughout our stay with excellent information and kindness. 

Sandra from the El Lagar Restaurant who was lovely & provided a first class service for all of our meals. 

Ferando who not only gave great service but offered fantastic entertainment e.g. dancing with a waitress flamboyantly whilst still holding his tray with glasses on it!

Raol (Team Blue Animation) who kept everybody entertained all through the day.

These are just a few of the names that I can remember to give a mention to, but all of the staff from the managers all the way through to the cleaning staff were all great and I would love to have been able to mention them all by name but, unfortunately I cannot. 

Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable Stay. Lovely Staff.

Nice hotel but a little tired in places but very clean. Staff were very friendly and reception excellent. Pools were excellent. Food we found excellent and so much choice but not good is you want burgers all the time. Quality food well cooked.

Good hotel and charming staff

This is the 3rd time we've visited Puerto De La Cruz and i've always walked past H10 and wondered what it'd be like to stay there. We usually stay in cheaper 3/4 star hotels but this time we decided to pay slightly more than usual and booked 10 nights all inclusive privilege.

This hotel is brilliant. One of the best in Puerto De La Cruz. MAKE SURE YOU BOOK PRIVILEGE!!!! I promise you it's worth it. You certainly get more than what is listed on the website. Even though it was made clear that all the a la carte food and drinks (Coke in glass bottles - can't beat it) were included in the Privilege package we were convinced we were going to be hit with a bill at the end of the holiday. The Lunch menu at the pool restaurant is unbelievable value. Ribeye steak cooked to perfection every day. You'd pay £30/£35 for the same steak in England. 

The food and drinks were all fantastic quality. The pool area is clean and relaxing. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. The area is lovely. We will certainly be back. 

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff, the area, the facilities ... it was everything we wanted and more. Our expectations were blown out of the water. We were made to feel so special.

PS - MAKE SURE YOU BOOK PRIVILEGE TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THIS HOTEL!! You won't be disappointed.

Overall wasn't a good experience, they have a severe issue with cockroaches on the ground floor street-side rooms we had to move rooms which the staff was very helpful with, however when we got back to our room one day we had broken glass all over our room as the cleaner has smashed a bottle and cleaned half of it up but left most of the glass all over the room, the food is not great we went half board but only ate twice in the whole 2 weeks we was there, the hotel is situated in a great area with everything around it however some of the locals are not fond of English we had a lot of cases where staff at restaurants (out of the hotel) which was rude and ignorant towards us we found we got dirty looks in most places which made us feel uncomfortable, im not sure if it was our age as we are a young couple or the fact we was English, but we will not be returning and wouldn’t recommend.
