Pool

Rooms are suites, include balcony, lounge/kitchen/diner in one room and a separate bedroom.. In the kitchen there’s no microwave and cooker is disconnected for safety reasons. But the fridge is handy and sink and cupboards.

Beds are two singles pushed together and the comfort varies depending on the room you choose.

Premium rooms are only on the top floor and cost a lot more than the others, but you get a sea view, a coffee maker, 3 pods a day!  A kettle, but no coffee. You can bring coffee up from the restaurant though if you are all inclusive.

We were all inclusive, rules have changes recently and the bar is only open from 5pm which keeps people from getting too drunk. I didn’t see anyone drunk while I was there. There is alcohol available at meal times in the form of wine and beer. This is wonderful. The food is also amazing. So much choice, great quality and you can take your time and just indulge yourself. 

Every day has slightly different selection of foods, but some things are there every day, like bread, olives, cheese ham etc.

Most of the guests are German, but there are. Ice people and keep themselves to themselves. There’s plenty of sun beds and 3 pools,  but the water is very cold in the adult only pool, so the only pool for swimming is the middle pool near the hotel which is a bit small for swimming.

The pizza and day time restaurant near the pool is a waste of time. it’s always empty and no wonder. The food is not included in all inclusive and if you’re in all inclusive why would you want to eat there, the food is no better.

Hotel is located at the top of a hill but a bus takes you to puerto to de la Cruz 6 times a day for free, it’s a 15 minute drive and drops you at an indoor shopping centre.

There’s no good beaches here. Sand is black and sea quite rough, so your hotel pool is important.

Be careful with the rooms. I booked with Tui and you get a basic suite on the ground floor overlooking the car park. If you want to upgrade to another room there’s several choices available but it will make your trip quite a bit more expensive. It’s quite noisy if you are not on the sea view side of the hotel as there’s a busy motorway not far away and you have to close your doors and windows to stop the noise.

Really good hotel, but there’s a big difference between rooms

We have just arrived home after a week at this hotel.
Room- very dated but very clean.
Maid- very pleasant 
Food - Snack bar- worst all inclusive we have ever been too! 
Main Restaurant- always found something to eat especially of an evening, lunch time - very hit and miss
The staff are all for the paying guests, I think they have forgotten, all inclusive guests have paid too!
My husband was asked by a waiter if he would like a drink, when he knew he was all inclusive was told to get his own!! 
The hotel need to focus on the all inclusive this certainly needs some work.
Most of the reception staff need to smile, they are front of house after all!! 
The hotel is very clean throughout.
Entertainment- non existent during the day not even any music playing.
Evening entertainment- very good, although the kids disco needs to be earlier as from your evening meal you are twiddling your fingers as nothing to do! 
Shout out to Rafeal he is an asset to the hotel.
There is a courtesy bus to take you to the town centre which is good as unless you hire a car, this hotel is very remote.
Would we return- no not to this hotel.

All inclusive needs some work!

We visited for Easter and had a lovely time, the place is spotless and the grounds are very well kept. 

Food could be warmer but for All Inclusive I’ve had worse and if you see them bring a fresh tray out it’s always hot, breakfast time could be a bit of a free for all but staff do try their best under busy conditions. 

The staff are all a real credit to the hotel, a few to mention are Marco, Ivan and Jessica in the bar areas and the breakfast chef who made amazing omelettes (sorry I forgot his name) 

Rooms nice and big and again very clean although I do think there could be a kettle and cups in the room without having to hire them.

Our Grandson loved the mini disco and although he wasn’t old enough for kids club they allowed him to go in (with his mom) to have a play and do some colouring which I thought used common sense.

The pools are lovely although the larger one slightly chilly this time of year, no rush for loungers in the mornings and pool bar and snacks also nice with an amazing view.

Evening entertainment was ok but again could be better. 

Not much to do in the area and the walk down to main areas isn’t great but they have a free shuttle bus which I wish we had used, around 10 euros in a taxi to get back. 

Lovely stay and just what we were looking for to get some Easter sunshine.

Lovely Place

At first a little bit wary but soon put to ease by the staff.great food breathtaking views. Rooms excellent.  A special shout out to Jennifer, Thomas and Raphael.  Would go again. Three English locos. All inclusive a little bit confusing should be clearer what is and what is not.

Mountain magic

Can’t fault the Hotel it’s magnificent, rooms were very good , food was good but I am fussy about fatty meats etc so not the best to give a review but all in all there was always something to eat for even the pickiest customer, the lady on the grill making omelettes in the morning made our day she was always smiling and very attentive just such a lovely lady to start your day , pools were fabulous and there is an Adult only for peace and quiet , have to say though we did see a couple of young children there and nobody to tell the father they weren’t allowed so he ignored the signs , I would have given it five stars but , a couple of things could be improved, there is no minimart or shop to get basics like water etc but they do sell 500ml cans at €2.20 so not cheap, to be fair there is a daily minibus that takes you down the hill (except weekends) to the centre at a supermarket so that sort of compensates , otherwise you are isolated at the top of a big hill and being older I wouldn’t like to walk down never mind up , we had a Mountain View that was great view of Mount Teide but it’s also got a main motorway so the noise isn’t great , if I go back I would pick a sea view next time ,all in all  a fabulous holiday with a couple of little tweaks it would be first class, definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in Tenerife
